"Foods gone royally down thy hill. Came for pizza a year ago and we loved it, great everyday pizza. Atmosphere was good and a few decent beers on tap. This all remained the same besides the food they no longer serve pizza but have pizza signs plastered on the walls. We ordered garlic bread, it turned up as garlic bread stick, and they were bogin. The fries, also bogin. A real shame. Coming for drinks and bar games is a big yes, for food a big oldddd nope. I wasn 't going to mention the toilets but... Holy moly, my friend asked where they were and I said use your nose . He found them alright. Shocking, infact, disgusting. The 2 stars is for the service and atmosphere alone very good."

"great service and good food. very enjoyed the bao bungalows chose crab and they were delicious (also a funny challenge to eat due to the sheer size.) the wood meat was good. not sharp on the dumplings, as they were quite wet, she did not personally enjoy sitting in kondiments. please with the panna cotta dessert. I would also like to stress the service of a certain person who was friendly enough to first check that the tellers were finished before they were taken away, this was very appreciated and saved the abhorrence of most other experiences where the meals are taken away before they are finished."

"We visited here for a family dinner on my daughters recommendation, service was good food was served fairly quickly although it was not served together as requested. Food was tasty, good home comforting food. Quite noisy but obviously that depends on who else is dining at the same time. My starter of paprika chicken pancake was tasty but only warm rather than hot but maybe it's meant to be. Overall it was good but quite expensive for what it was."

"Monday night and only two other tables occupied all evening. Very quiet. Took up OpenTable offer for two/three-course meal off the set menu but, Oh! how disappointing. No meat options at all, just tomato sauces on pasta. My children could have cooked better. So, inevitably, we went onto the full menu and had perfectly pleasant pasta with salmon sauce that was the day 's special for £10. From the list of salads we selected tomato salad and a bowl of freshly cut tomatoes dressed duly turned up with no further ado. Trade Descriptions could not have faulted it. But, again, my children could have prepared them in a more imaginative way. Service was charming and attentive, almost apologetic. They do not write the fixed price menu! Overall, a really below-average Italian meal in a rather dreary 'fast food ' looking restaurant on Baker Street, of all places! Really, although what was cooked was fine judged by nursery standards, it was an insult to Italian cooking. Cheap as chips and not as good."

"Fun, tastey. The rainbow salad is fantastic too. Just a shame it's expensive for junk food and very very little service as predominantly help yourself which for the money, certainly seems an expensive experience and we spend less in top cafes for example. Fun once or twice a year though"

"Online reservation was not found in the system despite confirmation. So we got a replacement place where it was cold. The meat was too solid from the bite. In spite of clear occupancy, the operation took a long time to complete the wishes. Have experienced better days with you!"

"I just wanted to leave a quick note… Thank you for an unforgettable visit to The Cavern Pub on Sunday afternoon! We had an amazing time while exploring Liverpool. The band was incredible, performing some fantastic songs and chatting with a couple of folks in our group. Can you let me know the name of the band and its members? I think I caught the name "Symbolics," but I'm not entirely sure. Is there any footage of their performance available? I would love to see them again. Also, who was the older man singing in the light brown suit? He was wonderful! Unfortunately, we had to leave to check into our hotel. "Sadly this was a disappointment, having arrived slightly early for a table than booked, we were shown to a table in the back corridor with poor lighting and no atmosphere despite the restaurant having plenty of good space left. We were not given the a la carte menu which we wanted and received zero service after 10 minutes so we got up and left."

"It was great to see Eluert W recognize us after such a long time. He made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. We had a wonderful meal, reminiscent of Carluccio’s. "Very disappointing food from the original Carluccios as food then seemed freshly prepared. Within 5 mins the food was on the table and was obviously pre prepared, even the seafood spaghetti. My chicken with parma ham had no flavour at all . We were very disappointed with our meal and could have bought a ready meal and eaten at home for a lot less money. It’s sad to say this as we always enjoyed coming to Carliccios but we won’t be going again."

"I have a medium-sized cattleburger with cheese and my wife had a chickenburger than take. she really enjoyed her. my burger was delicious. it has always amazed me how difficult/stored it is for restaurants to get the meat part of the burger right. it only has to be fresh, not mined in the hell and not solid like a brick. to reach one of me, it would have had only the cheese, the fase, the burger and ketchup and tomaten. no girke, that's it. I also hate the fact that many places seem to do like standard brooche bungalows. so unnecessary imo. the belltail was perfect. really good work. will try out the veggie options in the future."

"Bury St Edmunds is bustling. Couldn't get a table anywhere. Got one at Carluccios. Now I saw why. I used to love this restaurant back in the day. But since the takeover it's got worse and worse. Tonight was a combination of the most lacklustre of services and average food. The menu has been reduced dramatically but even then, one of the starters wasn't available. My wife asked for her favourite the Penne Giardiniere but the spinach balls weren't available. She was offered chicken instead despite it being a vegetarian dish. The waitress/manager never asked if we had any allergies either! Throughout the meal, our empty cans and glasses stood and we're never cleared. We weren't even asked if we wanted more drinks! Considering they need to sell as much as possible, this was crazy. We would have ordered more but apart from asking once as to how our meal was, there was no interest in our table. The Cannoli dessert was squidgy instead of crispy and comped. Worst of all, the manager had accidentally charged us for an entire bottle of Prosecco for £35.00 instead of the single glass £7.50. This was taken off with a brief apology but she did not seem to really care about such a spectacular mistake. It could have easily been overlooked in a bill for 5 people. It was almost a mistake too difficult to make by accident. The decor has been neglected. Most of the light bulbs are dead or hanging out of the sockets. The restaurant was near empty when we left at 21:30pm. The staff were cleaning and tidying up most of the time. In fact, they did this with more intent than checking on the customers. It will be interesting to see what restaurant moves in next."

"Food was delicious. I had booked a table for my birthday quite a way in advance but when we arrived it was as though they were not expecting us. We had to wait a fair while for a table and then the food took a very long time to come BUT when it did all was forgiven. Don't be in a rush when you are eating here...very delicious food but slow service. Staff are nice and friendly I will eat here again."

"The Parlour is situated on the 1st floor of F&M, and I managed to stop by recently for some coffee and scones. Whilst the pricing isn’t cheap, I found the pricing of the coffee to be very expensive, and unfortunately not that good. £5.50 for a flat white really is the pushing it, but the least I would expect for that price is amazing coffee, which it was not. The scones were good, and came out warm, which is a bonus. The price of the scones in comparison to the coffee was actually ok. The cafe itself is a little on the cold side, and I’m not sure if that’s to do with the ice cream refrigerator, but I had to keep my coat on whilst I had my coffee."

"My party and I visited Poppie's after a full day exploring London. Despite arriving earlier than our reservation, we were promptly seated and served delicious food in a timely manner. However, the staff seemed to be in a bad mood and failed to mention that the tip was already included when I inquired about adding it. As a result, I unintentionally tipped twice and was not informed of the mistake. The service, while efficient, lacked friendliness."

"Finding good restaurants can be a challenge, but finding a great one to celebrate at is even harder. I stumbled upon one of the top restaurants in Edinburgh and was not disappointed! The portions were generous, the prices were affordable, and they even had charging ports which are a must-have nowadays. I would have given them 5 stars, but some of the servers were not very nice or attentive. However, I was lucky enough to be served by a very friendly gentleman who went above and beyond for me and the other customers. Overall, I highly recommend Scran and give them a 4 out of 5."
