"I’m so glad that such a wonderful independent coffee shop has opened near town! Was allowed to bring in our dog Zeus and all staff extremely welcoming. Sat in the window and admired the interiors, which are stunning. Owner told us of his story and plans for the future (which I cannot wait for). Partner had a latte with lacto free milk and I had a large cup of tea. Tea came with plenty of milk usually only get a tiny cap full! Also had super huge rocky road which was incredibly tasty. All in 2 drinks and 2 large bits of cake only cost us just shy of £8 extremely well priced! Lovely shop with lovely staff and a lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back"

"It was definitely a one-of-a-kind experience! The waiter informed us that the manager had been fired the day before, leaving him to handle all the duties on his own. The cafe was in disarray with dirty tables left uncleared. The waiter was overwhelmed with the workload, despite his friend coming to assist. The service was extremely slow. Fortunately, the food was decent and the waiter was very apologetic. However, we will not be coming back."

"My partner and I just wanted to grab a couple of takeaways coffee 's last Sunday morning at 11.30am so walked into the restaurant to head to the bar. We were then stopped halfway in to ask what we wanted and then was told to come...back outside and order with a front of house person. We assumed this person was dealing purely for seating at the front outside as it was super hot and lots of people wanting that. We didn 't appreciate the sarcastic comment that we came from the young girl who was manning it when we said we didn 't realise and her response was well that 's what I am stood out here for ..So we said we will leave it thanks to which she then rolled her eyes and huffed! We next door to Poppins who couldn 't have been friendlier. I am sure she doesn 't reflect all the staff but that was our experience and don 't feel like we would want to return."

"Being in the hotel area and having the baby who was hungry and wants to risotto we read reviews and decide to try it especially because they guarantee us gluten free. The place is not bad at all, as well as the menu at first sight. Since my son wanted to risotto he and my wife opt for a risotto Sausage and Broccoli. To call it risotto would be wonderful but unfortunately the risotto must know how to do. At the sight there are already doubts, every vegetables inside it is practically entire cut into large and crispy pieces, the sausage we leave to lose. I know we are used well in Italy but it was better a white rice. To me it went much better I have to say, a good Chicken breast in Lemon Cream and Capperi, where the cream was really tasty. Negative things were the potatoes served together, still with the skin I am not a lover and the breast with some nerve but I have to say a dish not bad. We drank water. The account in the London standard. Positive note at the service. Unfortunately I can't recommend it, maybe it went wrong with risotto but really wanted us courage to eat it."
