"What a disaster! I arrived at Macy Browns on Saturday afternoon after having a table reservation for 2 weeks, only to find that they were closed. Despite receiving multiple emails about my reservation, the restaurant was not open. It was incredibly embarrassing as I had organized a work dinner and drinks. I spoke with the manager over the phone, who was unapologetic and uncaring. Based on other comments I've read, it seems this is a common issue that the manager allows to happen. He blamed the booking system being automated and not human-controlled for the mix-up."

Drinks perfect coasters would of been beneficial as water drops going onto clothes Would of preferred choice of seating as right under speakers and we were trying to conversate

The staff were super friendly and very efficient. They were aware of the customers and when our drinks were nearly finished they were ensuring we had chance to order more. Nice chilled vibe although the music was slightly loud. Definitely recommend

Absolutely fuming...i had this table booked to have cocktails to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends. When i arrived the placed was locked up...no message to say it was closed. I had tried to ring all morning but the phone just kept going to answerphone. They did post about ordering cocktails that evening for delivery...Absolutely no mention it was closed! View menu

We drove 40 minutes for lunch on a Saturday afternoon only to find the restaurant closed, with no lights on and locked doors. We tried calling the restaurant but it went straight to voicemail. It was frustrating that we were able to book a table and the opening hours were listed on the website, yet there was no warning of closure or any updates on social media.

We made a reservation for my friend's birthday on a Sunday at 12:00pm. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. We waited 15 minutes and even tried knocking on the doors, but no one answered. The phone number listed on their website went to voicemail. It was a disappointing surprise that they had the wrong opening hours and still accepted our booking. Thankfully, we found another restaurant nearby, Dr. Inks, which saved the day and made my friend's birthday special. We won't be returning to this restaurant again.
