"We ordered online with confirmation received at 6.45pm on Friday night fully expecting to wait 45-60 minutes for delivery as it was a weekend. We checked the online pizza tracking website regularly from 45 mins being advised food was ‘out for delivery’. After just over 1 hour tried to call which took 10 mins to get through (no automated messaging, just rang out then got disconnected) Got through (1 hr 20 mins now) being told pizza would be leaving in 10 mins, with me in 15, in contrast to what the website said. After another 15 mins tried to call again, same result taking an age to get through...now fully 1 hour 50 minutes since order placement! Told pizza not left, would be with us in 10-15 minutes!?! At this point with zero confidence we asked to cancel the order. I understand it was a busy Friday night however the systemic failure to communicate such bad customer experience was incredible...if you’ve not got staff to fulfil orders/deliveries then move them to the other store in town or advise wait times...the website was totally wrong staff no idea what was going on? Waiting for the refund... I’d advise using Pizza Hut or Papa John’s from Brighton Hill area...or be ready to grow old hungry waiting!!"

"at the first visit today, and I will definitely come back! beautiful, friendly and attentive staff who look really happy to be there! when our waiter sat with fresh water, he spoke to us through the menu and paid the app (very useful! and constantly checked how we did it. eating is for dying, totally blown away, how delicious, fresh and the filling of the food was. so much better than the same old chain restaurants. wahaca has something for everyone and good for those who are introduced into Mexican food. absolutely delicious!"

"Firstly, staff were lovely and prepared the food quick, despite tables being a little dirty had no problem with that. Self service machines were an absolute joke. If you want to come to subway to customise a sandwich specific to you this is not the place. Programme gives you an option to ‘create your own sub’ but that is merely a charade, a deception of the highest magnitude. Click that option and pre made sandwiches are presented to you, very obviously contradicting the conception of a unique customisable sandwich. Having been forced to select an option that just barely resembles and is almost unrecognisable to the ideal sandwich idea I possess in my mind, I proceeded further and some semblance of creativity arrived in the form of merely choosing bread and extras. Never ordering from self service machines again. Food arrives promptly, and I am handed a ‘footlong’ subway bacon and cheese melt the size of a fruit pastilles tube. Almost no bacon, drowned in melted cheese and onions. Dissapointed, most unpleasant subway experience in my life."

"Booked a table for 8.00pm, didn’t get get a table until 9pm. So thought must be a good place to eat as it’s packed. (Only packed because of 50% government scheme). The ordered food and sat and waited for 1hr before we got our drinks then waited a further 30mins for food. Had 2 young toddlers with us (poor kids falling asleep waiting for food). Then they bought out hot and spicy food for toddlers so sent it back. Complaint many times to manager but they don’t care. They only reason we stayed is we wasn’t going to get any other food as it was too late and they took payment first. The was a party of 11 of us and most of us had upset stomachs. Also no protective screens and no social distancing. Everybody next to each other. I hope we haven’t caught corona virus "
