"Firstly, staff were lovely and prepared the food quick, despite tables being a little dirty had no problem with that. Self service machines were an absolute joke. If you want to come to subway to customise a sandwich specific to you this is not the place. Programme gives you an option to ‘create your own sub’ but that is merely a charade, a deception of the highest magnitude. Click that option and pre made sandwiches are presented to you, very obviously contradicting the conception of a unique customisable sandwich. Having been forced to select an option that just barely resembles and is almost unrecognisable to the ideal sandwich idea I possess in my mind, I proceeded further and some semblance of creativity arrived in the form of merely choosing bread and extras. Never ordering from self service machines again. Food arrives promptly, and I am handed a ‘footlong’ subway bacon and cheese melt the size of a fruit pastilles tube. Almost no bacon, drowned in melted cheese and onions. Dissapointed, most unpleasant subway experience in my life."

Awful experience 2 staff members was very rude waited 7 minutes to be served, tables were dirty, no enthusiasm to serve anyone, asked to clean the table so I could eat in and gives me blue roll so I had to clean the table View menu

The restaurant consistently gets orders wrong, resulting in sandwiches that are not toasted properly and are poorly assembled. Despite paying for extra mozzarella, there was none in the sub. The meatball was not even whole, making me wonder if someone had taken a bite out of it before serving.

Slow service and incorrect fillings put in the sandwich by Rakesh. Insisted we pay on the self-service machine (whose idea was this? It defeats the whole USP of Subway which is fast service of customisable subs made in front of you). The machine did not scan the app to apply the offer, so to Rakesh' frustration we had to pay at the till of all places! In a shop!! Whatever next?! View menu

The staff at this restaurant is terrible. They do not change their gloves or knives. For instance, when I ordered a steak and cheese melt, there were meatballs stuck to the ends where it had been cut. Additionally, I had to pay in cash and after taking my money, they gave me my change and then continued to serve the person behind me without changing their gloves. It was absolutely disgusting.

What has happened to subway? Used to be good, now the sandwich fillings are pre decided on a board and if you want to do create your own then prepare yourself for the most boring flavours ever and if you have the audacity to want to change anything in the we 'll make your sandwich then be prepared to be charged for a create your own asked for no oinon and more sweetcorn and got attitude Instead. New self service machines meaning staff no longer have to talk to you, attempted to order at the counter and the staff member grunted and pointed at the machine. Prices are horrendous too, would love to know how a footlong sandwich cost £9

"Owner rude and arrogant! And you can’t trust them and they won’t make your order right by just saying too busy to make it right! I called in to make a booking but told no tables available but I could place an order for takeaway so I ordered two gluten free pizzas. I also asked what size are the gluten free pizza crust and was told 11”. I was told I would need to wait 1 hour 30 minutes and I agreed. I ordered the Gluten free 11 “ crust as advised for one Olive Tree and one Garlicky . When I arrived, I asked the person with the pizzas to confirm the gluten free pizzas. She looked a bit worried and said they were not gluten free. I asked the other girl if I would have to wait another 1.5 hrs and she said they would expedite my pizzas. The owner came over and said he had two vegan pizzas for 8:30 pm and I said that is not what I ordered. He said he was too busy to remake the pizzas. He said the girl that took the order said she didn’t remember gluten free was ordered. As a Celiac , those are the first words out of my mouth when I order any food and I also inquired the size of the gluten free crust and frequently they are pre-made and sealed and I was told they are 11”. He would not remake the pizzas as he said he has to trust his staff. So he implies the customer are lying and uses it as an excuse to not make it right. It doesn’t excuse not remaking the pizzas correctly as ordered gluten free as I was told a few minutes earlier. I assured him I ordered both pizzas gluten free and my wife came in and also confirmed as she heard me place the order on the phone. I realize this pizza must be well done and popular but not to remake the pizzas and imply me a liar and refusing to remake them is unprofessional. I find his behavior arrogant, rude and unprofessional and just because he went to Italy to learn how to make pizza doesn’t make him a good owner and manager. Hopefully, he won’t blow off this review but learn from it. Always make it right for your customers! And never insult your customers! It also suggest he doesn’t care about his customers because he is too busy. He walks away and just repeats he has to trust his employees. Poor excuse for not making the pizzas as ordered! Employees can make mistakes and as a Coeliac I will also double check as I did when I came to pick up the pizzas. I would advise Coeliacs to not try these pizzas as you can’t trust them to make them to your order. Peace be with you! Dietary restrictions You cannot trust this place to make your gluten free as ordered and they won’t remake it if they made it wrong and just say I have to trust my staff. Very Poor attitude from an owner and a bit arrogant! Customers don’t appear to be important and must be lying if they get an order wrong."
