"The service wasn't great. No one seemed to know what they were doing. We ate Asian inspired and the salt and chilli chicken was so try it was hard to eat. The raspberry daiquiri was very bitter so not great. We were at an event in the radisson so was great that we could have something so close but all 8 of us wernt really impressed at all. We attend the radisson alot so maybe this time was just due to festive period qa we beverage really had problems before x Suzanne"

"Very poor. More like a takeaway with tables. Didn’t have the options advertised on their website. Order via a QR code and pay upfront. No waiting staff- just servers. Food took half an hour to come and it all comes at once (starters mains) and then the drinks came after. Food was edible but nothing special. Toilets weren’t clean. I will never go back"

"It was my sons birthday we thought we would all go as a family. The staff was extremely rude when my husband was asking if any dish came with a teamed vegetables the staff dis not advise or guide as to what to order when the next table behind us asked the same question and they were helped because they were English white? We experienced racism in the staff. I mentioned to the staff I had an operation and had a tumour removed and told the staff I am unable to have any ice in my drinks the staff said we can not make virgin pinacolada without ice where I thought that they needed to crush the ice in the machine, I also mentioned that other restaurants do give me the sake drink without ice even if its a little less I am happy with that. Anyway thr drink came out and had lots of icecubes in the drink, I still told the staff I can't have it with ice. The staff was even more rude. I also asked for green Thai curry and was bought out red Thai curry.. The treatment we got as a family was very disgusting from the staff especially one member.he kept saying No to everything when we asked what did we need to order as an additional. I have always been going to this restaurant for years with friends, bit not happy that me and my husband were treated like we were not wanted there."

"Very disappointing experience. Took 3 hours to get through our meal. It went wrong when the starter arrived an hour in it was cold as if it had been sitting out for a long while. We did get this changed but I had to go to the concierge as there was no one to call back to the table. We then waited another 1.5 hours to get our main, they brought warm plates about 45 minutes before the food turned up so plates were cold by the time the food arrived, Food was ok, had much better in other branches of this chain and in other Thai restaurants. We will not be returning,"

"Terrible customer service. At 10:50, one of the waiters came to tell us that they were closing in 10 minutes. At 10:51 they brought us the bill and then at 10:52 they started taking the payment. They were basically kicking us out of the restaurant. I removed the service charge (which is optional), for the same and they then came and took the plates away when I was STILL eating. Disgraceful and extremely poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this place at all."

I’m told it was common for the production team filming nearby episodes of Midsummer Murders to drink here, and I can see why! I have lots of good memories with former work colleagues here. "Absolutely disappointed beyond belief. Why even bother opening and advertising that they do food? We really should have walked straight back out the door upon entering. But we had read reviews and really wanted to try this place. The staff were disinterested. Pointed to a table where we were to sit for our evening meal. We were given what can only be described as filthy sticky pieces of paper that were supposed to represent a menu. The table was dirty and sticky with drink stains. Nevertheless we proceeded to order 3 main meals. Over an hour later we still had no food and not once did anyone come over to the table to explain why. The place was by no means busy. There were 4 tables with customers! After approximately an hour and 10 minutes we asked if there was a time that we could expect our food to be ready. Bearing in mind our order was for baby back ribs, a steak burger and a chicken skewer. So not overly complicated. We were told that there was only 1 chef working!. And that the manageress would go and check for us. She returned to say that food would be ready in 5 minutes. Approximately 10 minutes later the baby ribs and steak burger arrived. We had to wait a further 5 minutes for the chicken skewer meal. When it did arrive the chicken was cold and absolutely cremated. So much so that the chicken itself had started to disintegrate and a powder of charcoal remains were on the plate. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. Our entire party left all the food and we went to the bar to pay and left. Disgusted, disappointed, disillusioned and would NEVER RETURN"

"Highest expectations at Harrod's, so I was disappointed overall. I waited a pretty long time to be greeted by my server and he was scarce throughout my meal. I ordered a Kobe burger and fries. The burger was great, but not 35GBP great. The fries were chewy and lukewarm, not fresh. I had a great South African red wine Chocolate something or other. I love Harrod's architecture, decorations, the crowd and the vibe, but the meal was bit of a let down."

"Came here to try something different as we usually have Chinese all you can eat, but thought we would try Thai for a change there wasn't much selection and food wasn't very hot very greasy, we didn't stay long was disappointed to be honest £11.95 per person for what was on offer not worth the money, the food wasn't enjoyable at all, we would not recommend to friends or be coming back, it wasn't full of customers maybe now I can see why We have paid less for all you can eat Chinese and got more selection and better value for money. Hope Gordon Ramsey doesn't go there like we see him on TV at other restaurants"

"we had a great evening in their restaurant! we came in without booking, and there were 8 of us at one of the evenings. the spicy margaret was just one of the best cocktails we need to order most. the cocktails taste fabulous! one of my friends has several allergens. it is not good to eat, and most of the food she cannot eat. a blonde lady took our job, and I told her I had several allergens. an Asian lady knows my allergens. she went beyond and beyond to make sure I had something to eat. she almost makes me cry because she cares about my allergens. thanks for a fabulous evening. the Asian dame and all the workers make our evening just as good as her. "I made a reservation for afternoon tea through OpenTable and when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they had stopped serving afternoon tea there months ago. This was not the first time this mistake had happened. The staff were nice and friendly, but it was disappointing that OpenTable had inaccurate information. I am hesitant to use this service again as it is unclear if other mistakes are being made."
