"The food and value are great, but unfortunately the day I went with my colleagues the service was horrendous. There were only 2 girls working the entire restaurant and it showed; we struggled to get our drinks served and had to correct them a few times after they got it wronged. We also had to ask them for a wipe after the waitress spilled hot water all over our table. They also got our food order wrong, and I had to wait for my food after everyone else had been served. I would go again but only when they are fully staffed!"

"I have always wanted to visit this restaurant as we have been to Thailand many times and have taken cookery classes. The restaurant and welcome was very nice, clean, and cool, with a lovely setting. It was quiet, as expected, since we arrived quite early. The waitress who served us was okay, but did not seem very knowledgeable about gluten-free options, which is my wife's allergy. We were surprised when she said that the red Thai curry may not be gluten-free. We asked if the crackers were gluten-free, and she went to check, but never mentioned it until I asked, which was not good service as it is difficult for my wife and felt like an inconvenience. The man who served us was very friendly, which was better. The food was hot and tasty, and we really enjoyed the fresh flavors of Thai cuisine. We are considering returning for the tapas menu or just for a drink. When we left, the Thai lady was very friendly and asked how everything was, and it was nice to say thank you in Thai as it is one of the few words we know. I would recommend this restaurant, but hope that the waiting staff will return with an answer if asked about availability."

"Searched 5pm for somewhere to visit on a Saturday night before our show in the King's theatre. Friends have recommended here before the offer was 15% off a la catrte menu. The restaurant is so handy for central station the kings theatre is a short walk away. From when we arrived staff were so friendly attentive asked if we wanted our jackets hung up. We had prawn crackers satay dip while looking at the menu these alone were delicious. We shared the king prawn spring rolls because the satay dipping sauce was so tasty we had to try the chicken satay skewers with sauce. Then I had chicken jungle curry with coconut rice my friend had chicken nuts with paad Thai noodles. All excellent we will be returning again. Staff so lovely to all made an extra effort to ensure we enjoyed our evening. It is a lovely unpretentious setting with excellent food staff. Thank you"

"love that you can order dishes from different menus! we sat on the terrace and order a mix of tasty things, including the Kimchi-Fries that were incredible! the terrace was beautiful and the heating kept us toast. I was on a date. I don't eat sushi, so it was nice that I have something! would also be ideal for a large group. only four stars because the drinks came a few minutes after eating, but I understand that it cannot be coordinated when ordering them from different menus. will come back in any case!"

"We love The Prado and have enjoyed lunch there several times on the terrace while taking in the beauty of Balboa Park. On a recent Sunday evening, we were excited to use our 1000-point OpenTable reservation and try their new menu. We started with the amazing hummus and flatbread. Our waiter immediately asked if we were celebrating anything, and we shared that we had recently gotten engaged. He recommended the duck confit and the fresh pasta dishes, which turned out to be excellent choices. We also ordered dessert to celebrate. It was a wonderful evening, and we even learned that The Prado is a popular venue for weddings."

"A really lovely place to stay and eat. The staff are delightful and make so much effort to ensure your pleasure and satisfaction. My dining companion is deaf and it's the first place we've been where they ask how to say things using sign language. It really meant a lot. The food was excellent, clearly freshly prepared and home made. When we were there it was quiz night so we joined in. Only a few teams but it was a lot of fun with the great quiz master Adrian. We would heartily recommend such a lovely place. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay and meal."

"Good food, good ambience, and clean overall. We came on a Friday night, it's a quiet one. Me my friend were served very well by two gentlemen. I would like to compliment the kitchen staff, as the foods are very tasty, good enough for a Thai food in London. Price is reasonable for Central London as the portion is also quite generous. We had Drunken noodle, Penang curry, and takeaway a pad si ew"

"a very pleasant, stylish Chinese restaurant with attentive and courteous waiting staff. they pay for it; the dishes we had were good, but not significantly better than those in an average restaurant, but they cost well 20 more, so it feels like they pay for the ambiente."

"We had never been to this restaurant before and discovered it on Groupon. The greeting we received was very warm, and the food was generally good. However, my steak was nearly raw, and I couldn't even cut it with the steak knife, so I had to leave the meat uneaten. A person who appeared to be the manager came over and asked if everything was okay. I wanted to mention my issue with the undercooked steak, but before I could say anything, he turned and walked away, which we all found rather rude. I thought it was odd that he asked a question and then didn’t stick around for the answer. I'm concerned about this, especially since I had invited another group of family members to come. Aside from this issue, we did enjoy our dining experience."

"On arrival I couldn't park in any of the 4 disabled at the front of the restaurant and had to park some distance away. My Dad has severe walking disabilities and has stage 4 cancer and uses a frame to slowly move. You can guess how angry I was to see 3 big 4×4 and a two seater convertible parked in the bays with not one displaying a disabled badge. I complained to reception on entry and they just stated it was down to Middlebrook retail park and not the restaurant. These are bays directly in front of their doors. Surely then they should be Complaining to the retail park in defence of their disabled customers. They also sat him right at the other side of the restaurant when they could see he really, really struggles to walk. No care for the disabled at this place, so certainly won't be visiting again."

"After I had passed the siam cottage for many years a day, but set on our way with another near-by-paurier, I decided one day to review their reviews online. there were a couple who had lived in Thailand for many years, but now live. in perth. they said they often make the 4 hours round trip to eat here, as there are “the most authentic Thai aromes they have tasted with Thai” (or words to this effect). with a selection of Thai Chinese dresses it offers for the whole family. I was always a chicken panang or pad thai type, with my partner more in lemon chicken or similar Chinese dishes. in the course of the years we have worked quite a lot on our wise, although the takeaway menu, various dishes that we otherwise do not have. since every court we have tried was excellent, it is encouraged to take a leap of faith try something new every time. our personal favorite is just now the chicken cashew thai style...a taste sensation! The chicken panang is on the same with everything I tasted in Thailand. the service is always excellent, delivery fast we have a smile a chat at the door hit when it comes. price is also very reasonable in consideration of the portion size, for restaurant quality eat directly to their door, it will not be much better than siam cottage. when collecting an order a night from the restaurant, I noticed that the dishes were delivered to tables, looked out raised, very well presented huge portions. the personal was also very attentively friendly. although in the decor in restaurant, we do not tend to visit restaurants for their facility anyway. we visit eating that customer service is confident that a visit would exceed our expectations. we have not sampled many starters/deserts from the Takeaway menu, so can not comment so much on them. we got starters as soon as they were beautiful, but with the portion size they get on their net pages....3 net, a part rice a part bohnenprout nudeln is a fixed for a family of 4 (two adult, two children). we look forward to our next taste feeling. keep them good work."

"My colleagues and I (6 of us) were here on 14/5 (Tues) for a birthday celebration. We arrived at 545 pm but waited a while before we got seated. An older lady was taking our order. My colleague asked if she could change prawns to chicken padthai but the waitress did not seem to understand and kept telling my colleague to get the cashew chicken rice if she wants chicken. In the end, she just ordered from the ala carte menu instead of set. We also ordered a bottle of rosé from her but she gave us white wine. We had to tell her it’s not rosé and only she changed it for us. It also took them quite some time to attend to us when we were asking for more water. Food wise starters were amazing, i especially like the corn cakes!!! We were impressed at the variety of mixed starters the restaurant has. The green curry was delicious as well (definitely one of the best in London) Atmosphere was great the seats were pretty even and spaced throughout the restaurant so it didnt feel very cramped. Overall, i would’ve given more stars if service was better. I think it’s just understaffed with only two people on the floor but customers kept coming in."

"Ordered a takeaway from Wei Dao for 4 Singapore Noodles and a Beef in BB Sauce. Great food noodles had that oomph taste and was quite crisp. I would happily recommend Wei Dao to anyone looking for a tasty, less greasy, bang for the buck, healthy Chinese takeaway. The guys running the place was swell as well. My wife was allergic to prawns and the Singapore Noodles did have them. The note I placed with the online order to avoid adding them to one of the noodles was unfortunately overlooked, perhaps being a busy Saturday evening. I called them to complain once I reached home. The person who picked up was so graceful, that he kindly suggested to provide me with another one without prawns and even threw in a few Spring Rolls as a good will gesture. When I offered to return the original one, he insisted to keep it for the family on the house. Was quite amazed with their response, and when I reached to collect the food, they apologized unreservedly. A fine experience altogether. Thomas"

"This is one of those restaurants that have specific Asian characters and require some getting used to. I mean, the waiters are nice enough but their smiles and kindness are not immediately overwhelming in an industrialized, practiced way. It's more natural, subtle and genuine. And the food is as Thai as it comes, not the kind that is altered to cater to Western tastes. I love the prawn and noodle, done exactly right, with a particular inviting aroma. One thing to relieve those who cannot take much spice: the one pepper spicy level shown on the menu is actually pretty ok for an ordinary folk like me. All in all, it was a great dining experience paving way for an amazing night of Small Island at NT. (They do have pre-theatre meal options!"
"a good option for a pre-Rugby lunch. our appetizers arrived fast, although one of the dishes was missing, it was soon delivered. a slight delay in front of the most important cures that were delicious and authentic. at this time the restaurant was very busy, so not really a surprise. the waiting staff were pleasant enough, but perhaps only a little in the awe of the outstanding amount of rugby fans."

"The little waitress was so pleasant and helpful her smile radiant and unforced it was a pleasure to be served by her , the owner then joined in serving my partner and I with abundant goodies of boiled and fried dumplings ,noodles, ribs , soup ,cucumber salad as much as we could stuff into our piggy wee faces, the owner was warm and chatty and again it was a pleasure to be served by her, my partner stopped at being full , I on the other hand gorged myself , well we can,t get through here often and everything is tasty and comforting the dumplings are magnificent. But the shock is it is only on a weekday lunch to stuff yourself gaga, delerious on the flavoursome food The owner told us she would look into opening a restaurant in Our hometown of Dundee , I actually pray shes does , I know they would be full all day long because she would have absolutely no competition worth speaking of , her and her husbands food is honest ,cheap, ,flavour filled and filling people are,nt stupid thats actually what they are looking for ."

"I believe that Bombay Bites is one of the best Indian restaurants in London. I have ordered from them several times and each time the food has exceeded my expectations. I even had them cater for a business event I hosted and they received five stars from me. Their wide range of dishes are cooked to perfection and truly provide an authentic taste of Indian cuisine. I highly recommend Bombay Bites for dining in, take-out, or catering for events that require exceptional food."

"Very good stop here before Bonfire Night, we enjoyed the food and the service was good too, they remembered the additional burrito fillings we asked for. The burritos were nice, I had a spicy chicken and my partner the pulled pork one, mine was a...touch dry but still enjoyable, my partner loved hers. Friends also had assorted burritos and agreed they were good, satisfying meals. The Salt and Pepper wings were cooked nicely but didn’t have that salt and pepper hit, but still enjoyable. The ‘I’m a Bhaji Girl’ fries were great, they were something a bit different and really, really good. Word to the wise; the loaded fries are massive and constitute a main meal in and of itself, so if ordering as a side like I did it can definitely do two people, my eyes were bigger than my belly in ordering a main, wings and loaded fries, but with the prices being so reasonable I expected to get less food. They’ve also got Asahi and Blue Moon available to drink, great selection. Good service, good food, good night. Will be back again and will be less greedy with the order!"
"great food! new at coulsdon, I thought thai venue looked good, but a real shand was so quiet at a Fri evening. 3 of us had the cheapest of set menus with a bottle of wine and coffee and it was just under £20 a head. especially eating was excellent, the service inconspicuous but efficient. probably better than baan thai in purley (although I love the decor there! . will certainly go back this restaurant deserves to be more business!"
