"The food was delicious, but the service was too quick (we were in and out in less than an hour, it felt rushed rather than a leisurely meal). The portion sizes were small and not worth the price. A 'optional' 12.5% tip was automatically included, and when I went to pay, it was already added to the card machine without my consent! It was a rushed and unsatisfying meal, not a pleasant dining experience. I will not be returning."

I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and have always received excellent service and delicious meals. The staff at Thai Square prepares fresh and flavorful food with good service. It is one of my go-to restaurants in St Albans.

It is disappointing to encounter such a disregard for the hours listed on the website. Please relay to your manager that you have missed out on potential revenue of £150. Because of this experience, we will not be coming back to this establishment.
