"The host was excellent upon our arrival, but our table was not ready on time. This wasn't a big issue as we were able to stand and enjoy a drink while we waited. Unfortunately, there was no space at the bar and we had to stand right next to the DJ. The service was okay, but they forgot our order twice. The food was good, but I would say it was just average. Overall, the experience was okay, but not excellent as it should have been."

"Four people for an evening meal at 7 pm. We were told our table would be ready in 45 minutes so went and had a drink in a nearby pub. Went back and was seated downstairs. We had to take off our shoes which wasn't...a problem as we have been to Japan before and knew that was a normal procedure. It took a long time for the waiter to ask if we would like a drink then a long time to bring it (only 3 drinks came). It then took a long time to get the 4th drink and order our food. We had to ask for everything, to order drinks, to order food, to ask for the dessert menu. Everything seemed like it was too much trouble for them. We then asked for the bill, the waiter then stood immediately behind us waiting to be paid! I asked him to leave us alone for a few minutes while we checked everything was correct but he just moved slightly to the side....just so rude. We never experienced rudeness like this on our travels around Japan. Food was ok, very expensive and just awful rude staff and service.....Never again!"

"Bit of a featureless cavern with no charm or character. Unenthusiastic staff and terrible food. The NEW Andaman Curry sounded delicious, but it was almost impossible to get the mussels out of their shell, and when you did they were like inedible bits of rubber. The squid was exactly the same and I ended up leaving the rest of the dish. I was so concerned about the standard of the cooking that I'm worried about being ill the next day. The person next to me had a tofu dish that they took one spoonful from and left. The smell from it was absolutely appalling. The weeping tiger that was ordered by the person opposite was some sliced steak with an eggcup of salad. The sticky rice we ordered was lukewarm and congealed. This really is a chain that seems outdated and has lost its direction. The worst that London has to offer, and best avoided at all costs."

"there was a Gf menu with a lot of choice. the employees discussed with us what we could have, but seemed a little confused. the rest of our party had a fixed meal, but since there was no fixed meal for gf we ordered starter and net, which meant we sat without food for a cur, while all others ate. designed for starters was delicious, served with chili sauce instead of hoysin, and salad leaves to wrap it. not sure why we don't have a gurke and early onsoon. after that the rest of our party had a break with the gurke and early onsoon! the most important courses tasted wonderful; mango prawns, huh, vermicelli. I asked what gloomy and waiter on Brownie cheesecake and something else, but said it was on me. I asked him to check which were definitiw gf, he came back and said none of them is! eating was amazing and I feel confident that the meals were served gf, just think the waiter understood the concept not."

"Victors have changed it is more like a tapas style restaurant where dishes arrive at different time. Just very unorganised some people in the party received their food 30 minutes after the rest of the party had finished. Waitress was nice and very pleasant but the kitchen were unable to accommodate any slight change to a dish. Wouldn’t go back or recommend."

"It is hard to find good sushi in London, but this little neighbourhood restaurant really excels! Whoever is buying the fish knows what they are doing it is uniformly fresh, and well-cut. The selection, while not massive, does include some hard-to-find items like amaebi' (beautiful little sweet shrimp) and suzuki (sea bass, not motorcycles), as well as two grades of tuna and the usual hamachi. the rice was properly made and the spicy edamame were really spicy! We were sat downstairs in a very cool, vault-like booth, but there is a sushi bar upstairs, which I'm not sure is in service just yet. Speaking of service, our waitress was lovely overall, no complaints. We took a chance on this restaurant, as it is in our neighbourhood, and were really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food we can't wait to go back and explore more of the menu."

"we had a waiting queue to enter the building from 6.50 to 7.15 together with many other people. that meant that we were too late for our booking around 19 o'clock. around 8.20 we had to start with only served and break our main courses. no one approached our table after our order to offer further drinks or to take off starter plates. we approached the personal in the opposite to ask for our main courses (whoever in the suit jacket) said that the net would be right with us, another 15 minutes passed and we could not wait anymore, so we had to go. for the delay we have not been offered a declaration or otherwise. the access to the building with a person who sits each one is a bad system that stood us in the cold on the road."

"Very poor. More like a takeaway with tables. Didn’t have the options advertised on their website. Order via a QR code and pay upfront. No waiting staff- just servers. Food took half an hour to come and it all comes at once (starters mains) and then the drinks came after. Food was edible but nothing special. Toilets weren’t clean. I will never go back"

And then when we did choose the food arrived in what seemed like less than a minute. It made us feel like they wanted us to get out quickly even though the restaurant was not full. Was not a pleasant experience even when paying the waiter handed the bill and immediately wanted my card for payment no chance to review it. Sadly I have eaten here many times before but I will not be going back. The service and cost make it no longer enjoyable."

"I was looking for an appetizer and a nice restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday. Ambience and authenticity were excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, we chose set menu £35pp. Food was excellent, but wished there were more dishes and lots of food per person was not enough I.e ordered Teriyaki salmon and there was only 1 piece of slam that we had to share. I felt that when we paid per person, I would like the food for each person to have been the same quantities, Dessert was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and visit again, but would be a bit more careful with the choice of food. Perfect location for appetizers in the Royal Albert Hall"

"I made a reservation for New Year's Eve and received an email confirmation. After checking the menu link provided, we knew exactly what we wanted. However, when we arrived at 9:30 PM, we discovered that the menu had been changed to a fixed four-course meal, which cost almost double what we had anticipated! I asked the waiter why we hadn't been informed of this change, but he simply said, "That's just how it is." Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor service, and I won't be returning."

"The welcome was limited. Menus given and then no service until we asked. Drinks delivered in two lots. The starters were delivered but one was delayed after they had to change it as first choice not available. The chicken satay was cold. The table was cleared and re-set by a very sullen waitress. The mains came and again one was on a cold plate and look warm. At no time did anyone come near to ask how the meal was! The atmosphere was poor. Our friends who were visiting love Thai food and were unimpressed. Would I go again? Never! Poor service and mediocre Thai food. There has to be better!"

"Terrible customer service. At 10:50, one of the waiters came to tell us that they were closing in 10 minutes. At 10:51 they brought us the bill and then at 10:52 they started taking the payment. They were basically kicking us out of the restaurant. I removed the service charge (which is optional), for the same and they then came and took the plates away when I was STILL eating. Disgraceful and extremely poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this place at all."

"The Thai food at this pub was surprisingly delicious. Be sure to make a reservation ahead of time as seating is limited. The beef pa nang curry had a great spicy kick and was very tasty. The lunchtime deal of a main and a pint for £11 was a great value. It was a nice change to see an alcohol-free beer on tap. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, a great choice for a lunchtime meal with prices ranging from £10-20 per person."

"city z made an online booking for the table as we just came after the work and watched a comedy show in the place. the staff was very friendly, we met an American lady who made the best cocktails and took her time with them and they were the best tasting cocktails. who were at the beginning of the night, so I would strongly recommend when they are there asking them to make a cocktails, they will not regret it. the cocktails after leaving so great, and they have happy hour til 8 clock and their friends were pacious, so we ordered from their menu. the nachos were in order, it was slightly salty and the actual tasting butter, which we ordered the bark and chickens were very nice and tasty the hummus was good and the brot was really fresh. the chicken wings were in order, I think the only thing missing was ketchup and mayonnaise, but at this point I began to get busy what I forget to bring it, but not a big thing, but at the end."
