"The host was excellent upon our arrival, but our table was not ready on time. This wasn't a big issue as we were able to stand and enjoy a drink while we waited. Unfortunately, there was no space at the bar and we had to stand right next to the DJ. The service was okay, but they forgot our order twice. The food was good, but I would say it was just average. Overall, the experience was okay, but not excellent as it should have been."

"I recently visited this restaurant for an express lunch for the second time. The service was quick and the staff were attentive, as the restaurant wasn't busy. I ordered a starter and chicken pad Thai, which arrived promptly. However, I found a piece of chicken that was completely raw inside when I cut into it. Despite already eating most of the food, I showed it to the waitress who apologized and removed it from my plate. They kindly took £5 off the bill, although I didn't bother arguing as I was with a client. Unfortunately, I experienced discomfort in my stomach afterwards, which I consider a serious issue. I recommend checking the meat carefully if you choose to dine there."

"There was a gluten-free menu with many options available at the restaurant. The staff discussed with us what options we could have, but seemed a bit confused. While the rest of our group ordered a set meal, there was no set meal for gluten-free options, so we ordered starters and mains separately. This resulted in us waiting for food while everyone else ate. The duck starter was delicious, served with chili sauce instead of hoisin and lettuce leaves for wrapping. It was missing cucumber and spring onion, which the rest of our group had with their duck course. The main courses were tasty, including mango prawns, chicken, and vermicelli. When inquiring about gluten-free desserts, the waiter initially mentioned brownie cheesecake and another option, but upon further inquiry, he informed us that none of the desserts were gluten-free. Despite this confusion, the food was excellent and we are confident that the meals we were served were gluten-free, although it seemed that the waiters may not have fully understood the concept."

"The food was awful, we most definitely have had better authentic thai food at food stalls. Lamb shank panag curry was totally flavourless. Duck with cashew nut was mostly soggy duck skin the mixed started was ok because of variety but also quite bland. The service was awful, they tried to charge us separately for each item on the set menu and would t apologise for their mistake. Atmosphere wasn’t quite empty for a Saturday night and it’s become very apparent why. Would not recommend. I also feel quite unwell now."

"Victors have changed it is more like a tapas style restaurant where dishes arrive at different time. Just very unorganised some people in the party received their food 30 minutes after the rest of the party had finished. Waitress was nice and very pleasant but the kitchen were unable to accommodate any slight change to a dish. Wouldn’t go back or recommend."

The raspberry daiquiri was very bitter so not great. We were at an event in the radisson so was great that we could have something so close but all 8 of us wernt really impressed at all. "Very poor. More like a takeaway with tables. Didn’t have the options advertised on their website. Order via a QR code and pay upfront. No waiting staff- just servers. Food took half an hour to come and it all comes at once (starters mains) and then the drinks came after. Food was edible but nothing special. Toilets weren’t clean. I will never go back"

"It was my sons birthday we thought we would all go as a family. The staff was extremely rude when my husband was asking if any dish came with a teamed vegetables the staff dis not advise or guide as to what to order when the next table behind us asked the same question and they were helped because they were English white? We experienced racism in the staff. I mentioned to the staff I had an operation and had a tumour removed and told the staff I am unable to have any ice in my drinks the staff said we can not make virgin pinacolada without ice where I thought that they needed to crush the ice in the machine, I also mentioned that other restaurants do give me the sake drink without ice even if its a little less I am happy with that. Anyway thr drink came out and had lots of icecubes in the drink, I still told the staff I can't have it with ice. The staff was even more rude. I also asked for green Thai curry and was bought out red Thai curry.. The treatment we got as a family was very disgusting from the staff especially one member.he kept saying No to everything when we asked what did we need to order as an additional. I have always been going to this restaurant for years with friends, bit not happy that me and my husband were treated like we were not wanted there."

"I was searching for a restaurant for a pre-theatre meal and a special place to celebrate my husband's birthday. The ambience and authenticity were fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, we opted for the set menu priced at £35 per person. The quality of the food was outstanding, but we wished there were more dishes and larger portions per person. For example, we ordered the teriyaki salmon and there was only one piece that we had to share. I felt that since we were paying per person, the portions should have been more equal. However, the dessert was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and visit again, but I would be more cautious with my food choices. It is a perfect location for a pre-theatre meal near the Royal Albert Hall."

"I made a reservation for New Year's Eve and received an email confirmation. After checking the menu link provided, we knew exactly what we wanted. However, when we arrived at 9:30 PM, we discovered that the menu had been changed to a fixed four-course meal, which cost almost double what we had anticipated! I asked the waiter why we hadn't been informed of this change, but he simply said, "That's just how it is." Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor service, and I won't be returning."

"Very disappointing experience. Took 3 hours to get through our meal. It went wrong when the starter arrived an hour in it was cold as if it had been sitting out for a long while. We did get this changed but I had to go to the concierge as there was no one to call back to the table. We then waited another 1.5 hours to get our main, they brought warm plates about 45 minutes before the food turned up so plates were cold by the time the food arrived, Food was ok, had much better in other branches of this chain and in other Thai restaurants. We will not be returning,"

"Terrible customer service. At 10:50, one of the waiters came to tell us that they were closing in 10 minutes. At 10:51 they brought us the bill and then at 10:52 they started taking the payment. They were basically kicking us out of the restaurant. I removed the service charge (which is optional), for the same and they then came and took the plates away when I was STILL eating. Disgraceful and extremely poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this place at all."

"city z made an online booking for the table as we just came after the work and watched a comedy show in the place. the staff was very friendly, we met an American lady who made the best cocktails and took her time with them and they were the best tasting cocktails. who were at the beginning of the night, so I would strongly recommend when they are there asking them to make a cocktails, they will not regret it. the cocktails after leaving so great, and they have happy hour til 8 clock and their friends were pacious, so we ordered from their menu. the nachos were in order, it was slightly salty and the actual tasting butter, which we ordered the bark and chickens were very nice and tasty the hummus was good and the brot was really fresh. the chicken wings were in order, I think the only thing missing was ketchup and mayonnaise, but at this point I began to get busy what I forget to bring it, but not a big thing, but at the end."

"Came here to try something different as we usually have Chinese all you can eat, but thought we would try Thai for a change there wasn't much selection and food wasn't very hot very greasy, we didn't stay long was disappointed to be honest £11.95 per person for what was on offer not worth the money, the food wasn't enjoyable at all, we would not recommend to friends or be coming back, it wasn't full of customers maybe now I can see why We have paid less for all you can eat Chinese and got more selection and better value for money. "Heard that this was one of the better places in Edinburgh to visit if you wanted a good cocktail. So this is were we headed. On approach it looks very posh (well it is in George Street) and inside the decor is rather grand if a little open and cold. No doubt this works well on weekends with large groups. We ordered some bar nibbles roast nut mix and the marinated olives. Good sized bowls and rather tasty with the cocktails. I was pleasantly surprised with the cocktails, they are a decent size with a good whack of alcohol. For approx £8 a cocktail you would hope so, but I've paid more for a lot less. We started of with two Brambles and then slowly worked our way through the menu. The Bramble cocktail is gin, lemon juice and Creme du Mure served over crushed ice with a slice of lemon and a hint of blackberries. It was lovely! We managed to get a nice seat in the corner by the window and spent the night listening to the DJ, sipping cocktails and talking nonsense. A fabulous way to spend a Friday evening."

"Food was excellent. Not cheap, though I guess this is central London. Surprised that there was no one else in the restaurant all the time we were there, from 6pm onward on a Saturday night. Service was good, not above and beyond. All in all, good choice for a birthday celebration and I would probably go back."
