"only returned from a beautiful week in y a and it was perfect in every sight! we were in a superior room that had a lot of space for the 2 of us. the bathroom was huge to london standards) and the floor heating was fantastic, after the move to return london for the day. breakfast every morning was wonderful, like the flat white ones! we only upgraded one tomorrow, as the continental offer was so impressive! the most beautiful fruit salads, the yogurt with granola and fruit-comonate....almost the trip alone worth it! y a was the perfect basis for tour london, we found ourselves most often rides, as the look of the second level was fantastic! buses to take us where we wanted to go were no longer that 2 blocks away. after a busy day in the inner city of london it was so pleasant to be back in relatiw quiet location of camden town in just 20-30 minutes. the return to the same few faces at the reception and our little boutique hotel made the london experience so intimate. with so many places to eat we have only eaten one night in y a. we chose pizza from the wood burning stove. I was a bit embarrassing to be that the guest is asked to sit in the less formal pizza salon instead of the formal dining room and the personal was happy to accommodate! the pizza was fantastic as you are expected! and huge! we ordered 2 but you would have been perfect for the exchange. many thanks to the entire team at y a! they have made our trip perfect! "The best part obviously was the singer. Primo Bar’s area is very cozy and nice. Comfy seats, olive that we ordered we’re not good. The asian waitress that served us seemed annoyed, unwelcoming and cold. Sometimes she would ignore guests by walking past them. At one point 6-7 irish men joined the bar by ruining the atmosphere (we felt like in a pub). We weren’t the only ones who felt annoyed by them. Shame that nothing was done about it since obviously they ruined one hour of pleasure listening to the singer. Overall, would come back for the music and ambience, but some improvements can be easily implemented."

"If I could give more stars I would, but to be fare they deserve Michelin star!! The quality of the food is unbeatable, my favourite restaurant used to be Gauchos, but they’ve definitely taken there place. I was greeted by Ronel the host who was extremely accommodating and seated us before they were actually open for dinner service. Her customer service is delightful. I ordered my favourite cocktail a pawn star and I was definitely was not disappointed. My waitress Judyta is instagram beautiful. She was extremely attentive and knew the menu so could answer the questions I had. For start I had the beef tartare with quail egg and for main I had the calves liver with mash and vegetables on the side. The service here is also something that on that alone I will be back. Adam the manager is very personable, we had good conversations and he elevated our experience. I can’t recommend this place enough so if your ever in Chelsea this is the Only place to eat and drink! I would have paid double, best £300 I’ve spent for two people including wine and cocktails. It was the best Tuesday night I’ve had all year!! Can’t wait to go to there city branch."

"At the No. 4 for a conference. The food was fresh, tasty and varied. In fact, good enough that given a choice it might sway my venue selection in future. The setting across several floors allows attendees to stretch their legs between working sessions. "My friend I booked a table here for dinner as we had been here previously and loved it. When we arrived we asked if we could sit outside however the waitress said this is fine but would require the table back for half 7 (we arrived just gone 6) and that if we sat inside there would be no rush for giving the table back. We sat inside and most of the staff were very attentive and friendly. The food drinks were great aswell. However when it got to about 10 past 8 we were told that our time had run out on the table and we had to leave now and that when you book it says you have 2 hours despite a dessert menu being offered to us 10 mins before this. There was no heads up or prior warning given, the waiter then came over with the bill before we could even finish our drinks asking how we’d like to pay before we’d even discussed it. Once the bill had been paid and taken we were finishing our drink when the waiter came over for the third time and said you need to leave now and give us the table back and stood by the table waiting for us to stand up and go. Having been told there would be no rush to give the table back and not given any sort of 15 min warning so we could Atleast finish the drinks and request the bill ourselves the way this was handled completely ruined the nice food and drinks we’d had and rather than going to the bar we chose to go elsewhere because we didn’t feel welcome. Quite honestly it felt like we’d done something wrong and were being ushered out of the building. Really disappointing end to what was a nice meal out."

"Came for a pre film mea at about 6.45 pm. Restaurant not that busy, so were seated straight away. First thing we noticed is how dirty the floor was (we were sticking to it as we walked), secondly our server pointed to a code on the (dirty) table and saying you know how to order (we didn 't actually) before walking off. As there seemed to be a problem with the app (girl at the counter having a very long argument with staff whilst pointing at her phone), we went and ordered from the main desk. The counter at the main desk is absolutely filthy greasy and sticky and I hope no one was brave enough to eat any of the stale cakes under the grubby glass covers. Girl with phone app problem has now been going for about 10 mins so another member of staff comes to take our order whilst taking the order, a manager informs us that there will be a wait of at least half a hour for the food at least they told us, rather than us just waiting. Very limited choice of beer or wine at vastly inflated prices. Husband went to the toilet and said it was disgustingly dirty. The whole restaurant is so old and tired but there is just no excuse for how dirty it is really didn 't want to eat anything here because of the lack of hygiene. We had ordered a family platter which arrived at least 10 mins apart with most of the sides missing. When the corn did arrive it was burnt to a crisp sent it back and received raw corn instead. I hate to be a complainer, but we are living in times where going out to eat should be a treat, not an excuse to get ripped off to the tune of £100 for some factory chicken, oven chips and microwave rice served up in dirty, scruffy surroundings. The staff here are nice enough but Nandos are not getting any more of my money AVOID."

"There is ample indoor and outdoor seating available at this restaurant situated at Chatham dockside, offering a delightful view of the docks. I opted for a milkshake made with soya milk and chocolate sorbet, which was delicious and not too sugary. I would have liked it to be slightly thicker and made with vegan ice cream. I am looking forward to trying one of the desserts from their new vegan menu on my next visit."

"Overall a good evening but for a couple of quibbles. Service was a bit odd as when we got there there was nobody to greet or serve us for at least 10 mins but it was good after that. Food is generally delicious though the steak was strangely dry even though it was definitely cooked medium as ordered (still pink in the middle) so perhaps the steaks had been frozen. Happy to go again though."

"Whole meal was tasteless and not what I would expect from the Hilton. The only good piece was the potato wedge. Steak was anemic and looked like it was cooked at a very low heat. Crab star tasted like a supermarket sandwich filling and melon balls impossible to pick up. Unimpressed."

"Was craving a nice dessert, this place did not for fill my cravings. Ordered a Nutella cookie dough came out as solid as a brick and the sauce looked like Asda cheap chocolate melted down and shoved on. Completely missing the cookie dough. Sundae was two scoop of ice cream for £9! And a bit of sauce. Pancakes were like chewing on a rubber tire. Bananas taste horrid rather been sat on the toilet for 3 hours then eat that again. I didn’t know that the ice cream that comes with the pudding is invisible how amazing is that? By the way I ain’t fat this is a group order. Save your pennies rather than getting diarrhoea plus took over a hour to bring it. Delivery driver couldn’t find the massive building to deliver. Next time I shall just have a freezer choc ice."

"Booking for 11:30 am Sunday morning. Only serving brunch, which isn't normally an issue, but the brunch menu offerings were a ridiculously small selection. A couple of actual mains and then a bunch of sides. Also, no one stated that there would ONLY be brunch on offer at the time of booking or confirmation (spoke with someone on the phone for confirmation). The waiter, while genuinely nice, seemed completely lost. We decided to wait until 12:00 for the lunch menu, and still had to ask a couple of times to see the lunch menu so we could order when able. The roast sirloin and fish and chips were great, but the pork was very dry. It wasn't very busy but seemed utter chaos. The other tables around us were having issues getting anyone over to place orders or ask for additional items (even had to ask for salt and pepper, not already on the tables). We go there often enough, and it's normally very good. This was hopefully just an off day for everyone. Will definitely go back. Suggest though that if they're only serving brunch until 12:00 that there should be more on offer. The Summerhouse brunch menu puts this one to shame."

"My family absolutely adores this restaurant and we make a point to visit as often as possible. We have also brought many of our friends here, who have all enjoyed the food and overall experience. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. The food is always delicious, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. The portion sizes are very generous, and we often find that sharing one main dish between two people is plenty. However, if you happen to overorder, they are happy to provide takeaway containers. The Asian dishes on the menu are a unique twist from traditional Chinese cuisine; they are spicier and more flavorful. Our personal favorites are the Indian dishes, which are always top-notch. The menu is diverse enough to cater to most palates, with fantastic vegetarian options available as well."

"My friend really enjoyed their burger, but the spicy chicken wings I ordered were quite disappointing. They had a kind of stale taste, as if they'd been fried once and then fried again. I'm not sure what the issue was, but they didn't meet my expectations, especially considering the price. The chips were decent, though. "My husband and I booked for valentines evening usually a recipe for disaster not so at Origins. We arrived a little early and were greeted at the door and shown to a sofa were we enjoyed a cocktail until our table became available. Once shown to our table we found it difficult to make a choice as there were many nice things on the menu however having made our choices were not disappointed....our starter of the shared meat/cheese platter and my scallopini was delicious. We could not fault the service, food or ambience of Origins so much so that I’ve booked a ‘girly’ birthday lunch there. What a welcome addition to Great Missenden."

"Came here to use wifi, as my home is struggling with the internet connection at the moment. I was looked after by Lorenzo, who is a great bartender/server. He was truly welcoming, attentive, friendly and just simply great with customers. Had tea and scone, which was great! They've got paper straws, which is always a bonus for me. I hope they've got other sustainable measures too. ; Also, two people walked in, looked at the menu, then wanted to walk out, but they were stopped by a team member asking them how they could make them happy. Just simply WOW!!"
