You get what you pay for. Elegant place for dinner. The staff is efficient and friendly. Food tastes very good. Many decisions with their wine list.

Manicomio is a lunch in Chelsea. The food is always excellent and today my Chicken Milanese was beautiful. Sitting on a sunny day outside and people with great food and a beautiful glass of wine is the perfect way to relax with friends.

Had a great lunch at an outdoor table. The service was good and the food was excellent. In particular, the Gnocchi was fabulous with Tuscan sausage and fennel. If you are in the neighborhood or visit the Saatchi Gallery next door, this is definitely worth a stop.

Not the place it used to be before the pandemic. The menu has been altered and the dished we have ordered had nothing common with the Italian cuisine. For example, the past with prawns has Indian curry taste. We were disappointed as the new twist did not resonate with us. The wine list is also amended and our favourite wines are missing. The deserts were very nice, especially with one with the pineapple

It is a nicely decorated Italian restaurant with a small beautiful garden. Recommend Grilled Galician Octopus, Chickpeas, Cipolotti, Chili Rosemary as the ingredient combination is perfect as an appetizer. I like it as it is slightly spicy and stimulates appetite.. Pasta and risotto are ok. However, it would be better if the flavor of pasta sauce and clam can be blended into pasta. For the risotto, it is cheezy risotto. it would be better if the flavor of mushrooms can be stronger.

We were a walk in and we’re told we had to wait 30-40 minutes for a table outside. While we were waiting however another couple of guests who were behind us and who also didn’t have a reservation were seated outside immediately and before us (we were subsequently seated at the far end of the terrace). Didn’t appreciate this treatment by the receptionist (I can only guess at the reason). The food itself was good, even if a bit pricey for what it was. Service by the rest of the staff was good.

MERAVIGLIOSO! We had a wonderful dinner here, we loved everything about Manicomio. the staff is wonderful, so friendly, stylish, the best service ever. The food is beautiful. We had both meat and veggie options and dessert, and all were beautifully flavored and generous. Wine, too. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean and stylish. I was with all Italians in London, sometimes I think, from the most beautiful to the most beautiful, and this is absolutely up. I will come back many times and recommend this restaurant. A wonderful evening. Thank you.

This is long overdue but we’d like to send a huge thank you to Manicomio Chelsea for one of the best evenings ever. Our wedding was postponed due to covid so instead of sitting in and being sad, we decided to go out for a memorable dinner on what was supposed to be our wedding date. The team at Manicomio were fantastic and went above and beyond for us. They even gave us a sweet congratulations desert and treated us like royalty. Now our wedding is one month away and we still talk about that amazing night at your restaurant! The food, service, everything was absolutely impeccable!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and I HIGHLY recommend
