"So I'm on a mission to lose some weight and get healthy, my daughter was adamant she wanted to come here for dessert. We heard it was under new management, so we were a little apprehensive. However, I enjoyed it before, but I used always get a waffle. We walked in, and the new owner was there to greet us. He told me straight away there weren't any waffles available, and to have some would be a half-hour wait. The waffles were the reason we went. I almost walked out of there, but my daughter wanted the ice cream instead. So we were a group of My children made their order and enjoyed it; the youngest one went for that blue ice cream. She enjoyed it but wasn't a fan of bits that were in it. The other three enjoyed their desserts. I thought I'd get a sundae; call it a proper cheat day (I have a lot of them). I got the chocolate sundae, and for once in my life, it was perfect. Not too sweet I felt sick, but just right so I could enjoy it and finish it off. Great value for money, and the customer service was flawless. I told my daughters to go make their orders, but the older were being shy, so when I was sitting on the table asking one of them what they wanted, I repeated it loud enough the owner got the gist of what I was doing, and was in the ball. Really nice desserts, couldn't recommend it enough. Will be back maybe even tomorrow for a waffle. Just gotta watch those calories. Lol."

"I think what shows is this is a restaurant with strong ambitions. I 'm told the menu has been recently revised, and its a fine menu with an inventive flare. The visiting menu is a very nice concept, that I hope they will continue with. Portion sizes are a little on the smaller side, you will want the starter, but I think this is partly reflected in the pricing which are on the low of average for Kensington. The food is well executed, and flavourful, presentation is good. Service was slightly green, did absolutely everything right (a rare thing), but maybe just not perfectly cohesively. Atmosphere is very pleasant. In summary, its actually a very nice restaurant. PS. The toilets are outstanding!"

"Overall a nice afternoon spent at the resturant. The sesting area we were given had remnants of someone else's crumbs etc. The food itself was nice but we seemed to get forgotten about when we were offered more bread and drinks, we had to ask for both again and there seemed to be a bit of a communication problem regarding dessert which we checked to see if it contained nuts due to an allergy, apparently it didn't, then half of the dessert arrived and apparently some of the components did contain nuts after all. We had also seen coffee or tea was complimentary on online advertising but we were intially charged for coffees we asked for until I pointed out the facebook post I'd seen that week offering the beverages as complimentary. I was just a little disappointed with the amount of little things for somewhere so highly rated and for the money/service charge applied."

"This is the best dessert place in blackpool hands down always deliver on time the staff are so polite and honest its just wonderful to see. Whenever I treat my kids, I asked them what they want and they instantly say 'Mr Nitros ' and when I do get one for them without asking, the amount they cheer and celebrate is just delightful. It is such a pleasure to see smiles on my childrens faces. I 'm so grateful that Mr nitros is a delicious, loyal and overall a fantastic establishment. Thank you for everything. "my daughter, I was looking for a delicious lunch we couldn't have better than koop! the food was so delicious, I had the carolina chicken on waffel, covered with maple syrup! so good! my daughter loved her children koop milkshake and burger! Based on Gloucester Road is the fantastic Cafe Deco, a no-frills cafe providing truly exceptional food at astonishingly low prices. The breakfast baguettes (my personal favorites), are incredible and without doubt, the best I’ve had in London! Cafe Deco is a true find for quality home cooked food, but I’m not alone in coming to this conclusion as the queue that frequently stretches out of the door and to the pedestrian crossing testifies. "AWFUL customer service… the rudeness from the cleaner (Ola/or Olga) when we sat down at a booth that was cleaned she was so rude to us as said the chairs at wet and raised her tone. We told another staff member who just went and hugged the cleaner and talked about us the whole time. Never have I been out to eat and been spoken to like that. There was a guy worker who was kind to us though that changed the waffle as it was overcooked and cold. I placed a complaint on Sprinkles in September regarding this, they have said it’s been passed to Portswood store manager.. I’ve had NO REPLY! Would I recommend this place… ABSOLUTELY NOT … Go to another sprinkles that have good customer service."

"I’ve been coming here for many years as it’s the best place around for deserts. It’s not a big place so if your more than a table of two I’d book in advance. The menu is extensive so it’s hard to decide what to order....Some items are chocolate overkill and a bit sickly. This time I went for the millionaire waffles which were very tasty, not too chocolaty. The only problem with this place is the staff. The tabes aren’t cleaned properly and the water glasses were a bit dirty hard water stains Service has always been very hit and miss, this time was particularly bad. It did not take long to order or get food but paying the bill was not easy. We eventually got up to go to the counter to pay but were told to sit down as they would bring the card machine. Of course this did not happen as the waitress completely ignored us. With better trained staff this place would be a 5/5 but for now it’s a 3/5."

"I go to The Plough fairly regularly for food and drinks but always leave feeling a little underwhelmed and overcharged. The ambience and atmosphere is always great; both inside and outside you’ll get a great buzz and a pleasant place to sit. The menu is on paper excellent. I’ve eaten there for brunch and dinner and there is something for everyone. Most recently I had a full English there. It cost £16 and the plate was mostly filled with pretty sorry looking undercooked mushrooms and tomatoes. The one sausage was very nice but the streaky bacon was a bit chewy. For £16 it was underwhelming, which is a theme that translates to the dinner menu as well. You rarely feel like the food matches the price tag. This overpricing extends to drinks as well, which are far more expensive than in similar local gastropubs. I lot of people like The Plough and I can see why but if you’re into food there are better local options that won’t hurt your wallet as much."

"came here before a performance in the royal albert hall, a little early before our booking, but that was 't a problem and we sat immediately. service was a little slow to order, but eating was great! starters were chicken pliers and the popcorn garnel that was delicious. then we both got the bacon cheese smokehouse burger, which was also delicious. not too big, where you can't even hold it, great chips and beautiful 'schlaue. the BBQ sauce on the table was also delicious. tables very close together and busy atmosphere and she added a 12.5% service fee, which was somewhat annoying, but overall, a great experience, would return."

"We decided to eat here, probably not the best decision we have made this weekend!! We had to ask for a menu! Which arrived then the server was going to walk off without asking if we would like a drink!! On a few occasions food and drink came out, and an owner could not be found, so it went back in. My other half ordered the hotdog, which was missing some coleslaw, as it was quite dry. I had chicken waffles with crispy bacon bits and cheese, the bacon bits were not crispy and very fatty, I left them. On the plus side the chicken was good, very succulent not dry, the waffles were also tasty. I used the loo, when I went into the establishment there were numerous glasses and bottles on the bar. As mainly young people seemed to work there, there didn’t seem to be any front of house or leadership. If this was sorted I feel things would improve drastically."
