"I have to give the lowest rating possible due to my experience with this restaurant. I made a reservation for a birthday celebration, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed, despite a sign on the door indicating they should have been open. I wasn’t contacted to inform me about the cancellation of my booking, and my calls went unanswered. As a result, I was left without a reservation on my sister’s birthday, which was extremely disappointing, especially since we were looking forward to dining here. They need to either update their opening hours or improve their online booking system to prevent this from happening in the future."

"I dined at Bills in Holborn last night with two friends. The pros: the chicken dumplings were nice, a good portion size, and very tasty. Our waitress for most of the night was very friendly. However, the negative was that we didn't have the same waitress all night, we ended up with about 4 different servers and none of them seemed to know where we were in our meal. For dessert, I had the lemon balm sorbet, which was nice when it wasn't frozen in the middle. My friend ordered a cup of tea for £2.50, but what came was a huge porcelain pot that was only one third filled with hot water and a tea bag that was hardly filled. When my friend addressed this issue to the waitress, she didn't really understand the problem and although she offered to add more tea bags, it took so long that my friend no longer wanted it. It was a Tuesday evening and not very busy, yet sometimes we couldn't find any wait staff. Despite not drinking the weak tea and sending it back, it was still included on the bill and we had to ask for it to be removed, which I think should have been automatic. Overall, it was disappointing as I usually enjoy dining at Bills, but this experience at the Holborn branch was my first and last."

"This Burger King is a decent size with delicious, fresh food. It's located in a great spot for a quick refuel during shopping trips. While dining here, we experienced a medical emergency (a child had an epileptic fit) and the staff were incredible. They were very helpful, blocked off the area, and kept other customers away. They were constantly checking on us and making sure we were okay. Thumbs up for their amazing service!"

"I had an excellent waffle at this restaurant! The waffles were fluffy and not overly sweet, but just sweet enough to enjoy. My favorite was a tempting offer that I couldn't resist - milk chocolate with strawberries. The restaurant is small but beautiful. Our waiter, Mohammed, was really nice, funny, and helpful. He recommended the Best of Both, which was also very tasty - thank you for the suggestion! If you're looking for a place to enjoy a delicious waffle and a cup of tea with friends, I definitely recommend this place!"

"Overall afternoon tea at Feya was good. We were greated by a very polite lady who offered us a seat in the ‚bird cage’ area. The food was great, delicious platter of sweets and canapes, large selection. I have ordered a jasmin tea. It was a tea from a bag (not loose leaves which was a bit dissappointing). The tea teasted nothing like the jasmin, more like grass??? Even the water did not change the colour, so I can tell it was a poor quality tea bag. I’ve ordered a latte at an extra cost, which was very good. The waiting time was 55 min, my friend already finished her coffee. Service was slow, I understood we were forgotten for around 30min and people who came after us were served their AFT first. A bit sad as it was my friend’s birthday celebration, which I have mentioned while booking reservation. The toilet was not super clean. Lots of dust on the walls and in nooks and crannies, definitely a room for improvement."

"Visited here with my year old grandson. I had a savoury waffle and he had sweet. His was cookie dough ice cream sundae, pretty big and he loved it. Struggled to finish it though. I had Croque Madame and it was absolutely delicious. Cheese, ham and wonderful mustard on a waffle. All ingredients are excellent quality. The staff are friendly, helpful and relaxed. We both enjoyed our visit and plan to return soon."

"decided to try out for a possible future visit with others who prefer either Chinese or Indian. they both seemed to serve so that this would be a solution. "A much hyped up restaurant with fantastic social media coverage. Unfortunately the visits didn 't live up to the hype. On the first occasion the waiter decided to move us after seating us and decided it was our fault because we sat where he asked. This was recovered by a superb waitress that took over. "I absolutely adore this place - it boasts a truly unique concept with top-notch food and drinks. I frequent this restaurant twice a day, starting off with a light breakfast from the fridge and a small KBK box for lunch. I even bring home one for my wife! The ingredients are fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of protein, veggies, grains, and sauces to choose from. The portion sizes are very generous and neatly packed in the box. It's definitely worth every penny. I've had one questionable experience here, but everyone has their off days, so I can overlook it. Out of the 30 visits I've made in the last few months, only one has been a miss. The atmosphere and the staff are both fantastic - always courteous and ready to assist. I highly recommend this place to everyone."

"One of THE WORST EXPERIENCES BY FAR of our lives. Took the kids out for lunch. The lounge had at most 15 customers. The FOOD (chicken meals X2) were served with raw chicken on the inside. Both ordered milkshakes were horrendous to say the least. They were warm to taste even after we asked for them to be replaced. They tasted of nothing, no strawberry or vanilla, which even the manager agreed to. The service was NON EXISTENT . Don 't think they know anything about running a restaurant. The server couldn 't understand a word of English, could not explain what he was serving and again 3 times brought someone else 's food to our table. OUR CONCLUSION, NOT GOING ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE AGAIN."

"Standing in line to order our food, the lady before us was in a wheelchair and obviously severely disabled. The girl serving her couldn't hide her hatred or disgust. She belittled the lady, treated her like an idiot and raised her voic. The tills are...now separated into cash only or card only till. Tills are in banks of till together with serving space betweeen. This particular till group had cash and card till together with the server standing in the middle no indication which till she was using. The lady in from of us was in a wheelchair and clealry severely disabled. The girl serving her couldn't hide her hatred or disgust. Firstly she asked the customer how she was paying when she was holding up a debit card, then she raised her voice to say this is a cash only till, you need to pay cash. When the lady tried to order food, the server said well u usually have to ask for that! Yes, she just has asked for it!. The server continued to treat the customer with open disgust and humiliated her for a couple of minutes. When the lady asked where the disabled toilets were, she was told they re round the corner but you will have to get yourself there. By now I was raging. I offered to take the lady to the toilet door then asked to see the manager. I was told by other staff there had been lots of complaints about this girl-yeah, then why is she still working with the public? I voiced my anger and disgust at the customers' treatment and suggested that the employee should be made to apologise in public to the customer the same way she had berated her in public. I also suggested the manager refund the customers meal money fully. I should not have had to make this suggestion as he should have already had that in hand. We had our meals in silent rage. When I went to the loo, the doors are locked with coded door locks. You need a toilet code off your receipt to use the loo!!!??? What a disgrace. To add insult, when I used the toilet code it didn't work. I was told they don't always work, so an employee let me in. Toilets are essential for every human being. If someone needed the loo urgently you should be embarrassed into having to ask to be let in when your toilet code doesn't work! All in all a disgraceful experience. Think I'll use McDonald's next time!"

"In Crosby looking for dinner, and my friend remembered this place. She'd been pre covid, but it was my first time. It was a Thursday evening. Its a lovely place. Only small, rustic, but very cosy. I loved the tree with its foliage spreading across...the ceiling. We were greated warmly, and show our table. The staff were welcoming, and friendly throughout. Re the food: To start I went with the lamb croquettes, served with hummus and pomegranate seeds. For mains, roasted hake, with crushed potatoes, braised leeks, peas and a cream, cider sauce. And for pud, the key lime pie. All the food was delicious. Add to that an aperitif, and a nice bottle of rosè, and it made for an excellent evening. A couple of tiny niggles though. For the price, I thought the size of the dessert a little small. Otherwise the meal was really good value. The other, though mains, starters were by no means cold, I think they could've been hotter. But then I'm old school and prefer my dins red hot : Nitpicking aside, it was a really good night, and i'd have not qualms about going back there, or recommending the place."

"We visited Cardiff from London and were hungry, so we decided to try yelp. Not sure about doing Italian in Wales but this place is wonderful. It seems family run (is that Mamma and Papa in the open kitchen? . Not sure but the food is clearly home cooked and just terrific. We ordered only from the specials which were presented to us on a blackboard and had broccoli and sausage for appetizer, a pizza with ham and cheese and rocket as well as a swordfish with a delicious caper anchovy vegetable topping and roasted potatoes for a main. Every dish was terrific, the waiting staff polite and to top it all of they played Elephant Revival on the stereo. Highly recommended."
