"Ordered double stack on my burger but didn't come with that and was taken off the bill as wasn't going to wait for a other one to be cooked. We had a side of onion rings and one of them had unmixed dry flour inside of it which put us off eaten the rest so sent them back and they was removed from the bill but wasn't really given or offered anything for the inconvenience I appreciate mishaps happen but just left a negative on the Zak's meal which we use quite often."

"The meal was excellent. The restaurant was busy, although the bouncer felt it was too crowded. The food was delicious. It is a typical pub with a cozy atmosphere. If you enjoy that style, you will love it. The only downside was the restroom, which could use some refreshing. However, considering they have people coming in from the street to use it, I can understand why they don't put much effort into it."

"The wrap itself was soft on top and generously topped with melted cheese, but beneath it was rock hard—not crispy, but tough, as if it had been microwaved first. That part was inedible. The saving grace came from the pots of salsa, sour cream, and guacamole, which added flavor to the meal; otherwise, it would have been a 2 out of 10. Even the tortilla chips were the cheapest available. The side of chips was quite nice, though. My friend's meal included half ribs and chicken wings, but they initially messed up the order and had to send back the first batch. She said it was just okay, but considering the price, the quality of the meat was lacking. I tried a wing and found it overcooked and somewhat tough, with the piri piri sauce being too spicy—buffalo sauce would have been a better fit. The whole experience could have been significantly improved with a bit more care, better ingredients, or a chef who was either more attentive or had a better grasp of Mexican cuisine. Having worked in catering for much of my career, I'm a bit of a tough critic, and honestly, I wouldn't choose to eat here again. On a positive note, the server was very pleasant and professional. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement!"

"Just bought these chicken wings from BRGR in Giffnock. They are the most disgusting wings I have seen in my life. They were meant to be dinner for a 5 year old who took one look and was nearly sick. I was told over the phone these are the new wings they are using and also they aren’t burnt. There are big chunks of charcoal on top pictures don’t lie. I am sure they are actually a health hazard aswell. We usually love this place aswell wow what a decline. I wonder if I should keep the wings and pass on to environmental health."

"The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but they need to improve their attention to detail for takeaway orders. The last three times we ordered takeout, items were missing from our order, causing us to have to call and wait for the rest of our food. This is unnecessary and frustrating. Additionally, the delivery drivers seem to ignore any additional delivery instructions we include. Overall, the delivery service does not match the quality of the food."

"Absolutely amazing! I went with my boyfriend on Friday night for a lovely meal. He recently moved to the area and we had been told by many locals it was the place to go when in the area. It was more than I expected, the service and A le Carte menu surpassed our expectations. On arrival we didn't reserve an area) we was greeted with warm smiles by all the waiters and staff, who treated us like we were the only people in the restaurant. Despite having a full house we were given a great table and it wasn't just the staff who were smiling, all those who had come in to dine were too. "The food I ordered a £1.99 KFC snack box, which was brought out to me with a speedy response, the chicken was cooked well, coupled with some lovely fries . "Reservation time was not honour even I have been waiting patiently for 35 mins. Over the phone, requested reservation at 6:30 pm, got told that can only take at 6:45 pm and Booking will be held for 15 mins. I have arrived at 6:25 pm and was told that My booking is at 7pm. Which is not a problem as I am still waiting for my party to arrive. 7:10 pm, still was not seated, i told the host that our friend will be coming soon and we are ready to order. The host said that he won’t give us the seat if the whole party is not here. During 35 mins that i was sitting there, so many walk in client came, they get the table before us even when they are still waiting for their friend to join I told the host that but we have reservation. Then he reply, it doesn’t matter if you have a reservation not that you paid any extra money for it. We returned the menu and of course walked out. I have been to the restaurant so many times and recommended so many friends and clients. There will be no next time. There’s no service mind and the host attitude is out of this world. Wondering how on earth the business still running."

"Bit sad to write this. Was not a great meal. Deliberately chose to support a local independent rather than a chain. Was v quiet. Great menu and lots of specials. Waiting staff very friendly and efficient. Food was just v average. Crackers tasted refried, fish cakes were tiny and tasted frozen. Lots of pineapple .. even in the rice.. Other food was serviceable and edible but we left a lot and not cos we weren't hungry. I hope it was just an off night because I really want these kind of places to stay open. Must be **** tough running a restaurant at the moment and for that reason I would return to give it a second chance despite the somewhat underwhelming initial experience."

"The Club is one of London's oldest and finest Jazz clubs. It is discreetly tucked away in a minor street between the river Thames and the western end of the Kings Road.You will not necessarily find international or superstar Jazz outfits there but, on a good night, the gigs are fine. You can be a member of the club but non-members are welcome, too.Due to licensing restrictions, alcohol is served to non-members only with meals. During the week (Monday-Thursday), non-members can come down for soft drinks, if there is spare capacity. Weekend nights are full and one can be admitted as a non-member only if coming in for dinner. There is a music charge of a head Monday-Thursday, Friday and Saturday and on Sunday. This is added to the dining bill. Food is Bistrot-like and is normally a courses affaire. You have a choice of about varied starters, main courses and three deserts. With music and service, expect to pay about per person. Booking is an absolute must on weekend nights.I very much like this place for its cosiness and civilised atmosphere (spectators are expected to be quite whilst the band is playing). If you live in the area and are looking to chill out to jazz in an intimate atmosphere, whilst eating, this is THE place to be in. If you are in nice company, you can always go for a walk along the nearby Thames or hit Fulham Road's or Kings Road's clubs/bars for some extra-time boozing and action, afterwards. One thing, though: unfortunately, like many Jazz clubs, this is a smoking venue. However, the place is well air-conditioned."

"A friend and I enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea here it was a gift for my birthday from my children. Pricey? Yes. A treat? Yes. Worth it? Most definitely YES! The view from floor 37 is, of course, spectacular and the food certainly was...too. However, what made it extra special were all the lovely staff who were just so warm, friendly and helpful. A special mention must go to the wonderful Vincent, who was so knowledgeable about all the tea varieties and was such an engaging and friendly person. He wanted us to enjoy our visit and thanks to him we really did! Especially when he presented a chocolate chard floating above a bowl of dry ice. Such theatre!! I cannot guarantee the view because it might be misty, but I can highly recommend the experience. Because you're worth it!"

"I recently returned to the Rosewood London for a four-day stay, and once again had breakfast at the Mirror Room each day. I must say, you will not find a better breakfast dining experience in London. The room itself, along with the decor and table settings, are absolutely beautiful. Each day, we were warmly welcomed by a hostess, a lovely young lady who always had a smile on her face and a can-do attitude. She seated us each day, although I unfortunately do not know her name, I want to express my gratitude. The servers and all other staff in the Mirror Room were exceptional in their service and attentiveness, and their great attitude did not go unnoticed. Thank you all once again. And of course, the food was simply amazing each time we dined there. The flavors were delicious and the presentation on the plate was top-notch, making each meal even more special. On behalf of my family, thank you to everyone for making our stay so wonderful."
