"We an absolute gem of a spot. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they managed to squeeze us in even though I only rang on the day of our visit and we had a party of ten people. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was cozy and we were well taken care of by the staff. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal in a relaxing environment with friends and family. Ray."

"I've been in a couple of times, and enjoyed it, but this time it fell short. the service was very slow and inattentive, it took them to the end of the meal to bring us ice and lemon for our drinks, which we ordered at the beginning of the meal and eat ourselves, while extremely generous in its portion sizes, was disappointing. the starters were good, but the main thing (we had all chickens in different iterations that were dry and uninteresting). we'll give him one because one. Maybe it was just that they were packed out on a Friday night. they gave us a loan to the bill that was estimated."

"None of my party of about 15/20 had ever been to this restaurant before so we didn't understand anything about the order process and it is a bit confusing when you get there but our waitress Zsanett was so so so amazing. She asked if we new how to order and we explained we hadn't been here before, she then explained the whole process to us and separated our table into groups of 4/5 so we could all hear and understand her better. She made the order process so easy to understand and was able to answer any questions we had for her and also gave really helpful advice about the sizes of the portions and how much we each should order. For dealing with a huge group of people she remained so calm and gave us all the best experience we could've had at Ping Pong. I am a waitress myself so could understand having to explain a whole system to 20 people must have been stressful and it was one week before christmas so the place was so busy!! but she was amazing!! She also dealt so well with all of us wanting to pay separately which must've been such a hassle but she was so wonderful! Will definitely recommend this place to others as staff, drinks and food were all absolutely amazing!!! All 20 of us wanted to say thank you Zsanett!!"

"the place is very nice and the menu looks pretty good. However, eating was average (salmon was overcooked, and so was the meat in the burgers) and the service was very slow, although almost empty. we waited very long for our food and even ask for the bill we had to follow the waiter. in addition, they accused my card with the wrong order. the place has potential, but our experience was not very good, we will not come back."

"After the one vegan place that is open at night in Swansea is taking a break we decided to come here. There is a separate vegan menu and we were asked upon arriving at the restaurant did we want a vegan menu or if we had any allergies. There were quite a few vegan meals, particularly plentiful at breakfast time. I had the sweet potato and felafel salad. What I was most pleased about was the salad ingredients were well distributed. It wasn’t just a couple of tomatoes then all lettuce. I also got a cucumber and mint sparkling juice. You could order from your table which I really appreciate as I don’t like having to check that they heard me say vegan. Also had the potato bravas. They were little cubes but nice. I prefer larger pieces though. My partner had the Mexican superbowl which he enjoyed. Staff were nice and there was plenty of space. Updated from previous review on 2022-09-02"

"I am in love with Ting Thai's food honestly some of the best Asian food I have had in a while. The restaurant is tiny and it was really busy when we got there, but we were helped immediately and seated right away. The restaurant is clean but a bit chaotic, due to its size I'm sure. It has a great atmosphere of lingering late night eat8mg in New York in a tiny Asian restaurant where everyone knows everyone and is very vibey. The service was ok, not that great. Quite impersonal and rushed. We almost felt as if they were rushing us in order to flip as many tables as possible, which I understand, but then your customer service should be on point. I had the and my husband had the. The seafood was so fresh and the muscles were so big and sweet! We also munched on the crispy pork skins were were crispy and flavourful! I would recommend them to anyone who loves fresh, home made authentic Asian food. I dream of going back all the time! If I could eat there every day, I would "

"The Red Lion provides a flavorful escape for those who cherish a good culinary journey, with dishes that speak volumes in taste and presentation. However, potential diners might want to be wary of the fluctuating service levels, seemingly dependent on the establishment’s busyness. The quality of food stands out, with each dish being a testament to the chef’s dedication to taste and aesthetics. The gastronomical delights here predominantly hit the right notes, blending tradition with modern flair. However, the experience can be slightly marred during peak hours, as the service tends to wane, with staff appearing overwhelmed and responsiveness dwindling. For those seeking a harmonious blend of flavor and atmosphere, The Red Lion does offer a pleasant experience, especially during off-peak hours when service is more attentive and the ambiance more relaxed. ".had just came to loaf to check sofas and asked the youngs where I could get a drink before location, well, they could not have recommended a better place if they tried. we went to a lively, busy alcohol, the music was cool, the mood was cool and the frying dinner was a beauty! best brat I had for years. go back in a definitiw, although it would be an 80 mile round trip!"

"the king of the king yard is a great place to eat for a walk or bite and is even better new with the addition of nabenkasten. we have eaten in the nabenbox in the city before and loved the burger and dirty frying so that one at rwy is great now as there is more choice. they have limited eating outside when the weather is good, but much space inside and the decor is very nice. the personal was friendly and welcoming. lewis our server was attentive and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone who does not try nabenbox before co and check it out."

"The Sussex is a really nice little restaurant just outside the centre of Dublin. Appeared to have a nice range of beer and a tasty menu. Portions were quite small for the price (but the shepherds pie I had was delicious). Staff friendly and very helpful."

"If you are looking for bang for your buck this is pretty much the best menu in Glasgow city centre. The daily deals are amazing. It’s a perfect lunch spot. Portions aren’t massive but enough to fill you on a lunch or quick dinner. Just be wary not to chuck in some add on purchases as they pretty much double your bill and don’t really add value for the quality you get. It’s a pub, live music venue and eatery but I see it more of a cafe diner. It’s also an abso bargain. Highly recommended!"

"We have ordered from The Best Mangal several times as a take away, and I must say the food is delicious (even if a little over priced). However, I am unfortunately one of the many neighbours of the establishment, for which they hold no care for. They have an area out the back which they frequently hold loud parties in until 1am on weekdays and the weekends are even worse. I have no issue in these parties, but this back room has only a piece of material (which stays open in summer is even louder) as the ceiling, they instead could have the loud music in the other part of the restaurant! Meaning our whole building is kept up with loud music drunken screaming until it ends. Despite calling asking for the music to be turned down on several occasions after my young son has woken up for the 3rd time in a night, nothing changes! I’ve even had an extra layer of glass put into my window to try and block it out, unfortunately I can still hear it! And don’t even get me started on the parties that happened during lockdown, when we were all stuck inside and had to listen to it all! A total lack of respect for your neighbourhood, you’ve definitely lost some local customers, myself included."

"I go to The Plough fairly regularly for food and drinks but always leave feeling a little underwhelmed and overcharged. The ambience and atmosphere is always great; both inside and outside you’ll get a great buzz and a pleasant place to sit. The menu is on paper excellent. I’ve eaten there for brunch and dinner and there is something for everyone. Most recently I had a full English there. It cost £16 and the plate was mostly filled with pretty sorry looking undercooked mushrooms and tomatoes. The one sausage was very nice but the streaky bacon was a bit chewy. For £16 it was underwhelming, which is a theme that translates to the dinner menu as well. You rarely feel like the food matches the price tag. This overpricing extends to drinks as well, which are far more expensive than in similar local gastropubs. I lot of people like The Plough and I can see why but if you’re into food there are better local options that won’t hurt your wallet as much."

"came here before a performance in the royal albert hall, a little early before our booking, but that was 't a problem and we sat immediately. service was a little slow to order, but eating was great! starters were chicken pliers and the popcorn garnel that was delicious. then we both got the bacon cheese smokehouse burger, which was also delicious. not too big, where you can't even hold it, great chips and beautiful 'schlaue. the BBQ sauce on the table was also delicious. tables very close together and busy atmosphere and she added a 12.5% service fee, which was somewhat annoying, but overall, a great experience, would return."

"Food is very good. Staff has a strange way of communicating, I really couldn't find out if there was a problem preventing them from paying proper attention to the communication with us, or they were just lacking basic communication skills. That alone puts their customer service skills at a really low level, but I have seen worse."

"@marcoandcarl Review It never stuck to us that this restaurant would be Halal given its name! But to our surprise, we found out not only was it Halal, it was HMC approved! Marco Carl is located within the Bradford Leisure Exchange. They specialise in Stone Baked Pizzas, Freshly Prepared Pastas, Matured Steaks and Hand Crafted Burgers. They claim to use the freshest ingredients available to create traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist. We have tried a number of items they offer on the menu on the two occasions we have visited. A range of the wings they offer for starters. You can request a combination of flavours if you like. However, the Carl’s Secret Sauce Wings were bursting with sweet flavours which was a little too sweet for our liking. The other wing flavours were nice. Houmous and Tzetziki Meze. This was served hot and fresh and tasted yummy. Double Decker Burger where you can choose Double Beef or Chicken or try one each of Beef and Chicken, served with Burger Mayo, Salad, Cheese, Relish Gherkins and Chips. It was nice but the Chicken patty was a processed patty, rather than fresh chicken which was disappointing. Chicken Espetada Tender Cubed Chicken Breast skewered with Peppers served with salad, a choice of Sauce and a Side. Choose from Gombero, Capritto, Creamy Mushroom, Peppercorn, Gazebo sauces and Chips or Spicy Rice for the sides. Meat Fire House Stone Baked Pizza. The pizza is freshly prepared using the finest Italian ingredients. It is cooked in a wood fired oven and topped with beef steak, chicken, mozzarella, roasted peppers, green chillies, crushed chillies. Didn’t really enjoy this pizza as it wasn’t tasty at all! Not enough tomato or cheese and had a very thin base. Pesto Vegetarian, this is penne pasta in a creamy pesto sauce with roquito, spring onion, sweet corn and roasted peppers. The pasta would’ve been very tasty if hot! Please be aware, since our last visit, the Bradford branch HMC certification has been revoked. "

"This was our first visit and I would certainly go again. The food is great and we were especially impressed with the tasting menus where we could sample multiple dishes. Our waitress was extremely helpful, taking time to talk us through the menu. We really appreciated the attention we were given as we were unsure about some of the foods. I would recommend this restaurant for the food, the civilised atmosphere, the reasonable prices and the marvellous staff."
