"After hearing about the recent refurbishment, I decided to give the restaurant another chance. I used to be a regular, but the menu has changed, and some of my favorite dishes, like Fish Pie and Steak Pie, have been removed. I don’t understand the reasoning behind this since those items are usually popular. Additionally, I encountered issues with getting my Open Table points credited to my IHG account. I thought this would be a great incentive to support the restaurant, but unfortunately, it has not met my expectations unless they can resolve this issue for me."

"it was so hectic in the upper floor, was earlier than a couple and the service was first class. as group of 8 with the family and drinks were literally thrown at the end of the table to go down. starter came in good time, but waited for 40 minutes for pornstars. the waiters were running around and they made a hectic ambiente. eating was decent enough and our waiter seemed to have been upset that we don't want the sharer who is something that seems to be offered. effes also came in various pots, in contrast to visit earlier."

"I remember this place fondly as a favorite haunt, and it still holds a special place in my heart. However, I was disappointed to see that the beautiful mural on the wall had been painted over, replaced by a simple bird. The addition of a new walled garden at the front of the pub creates a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately, the recent storms have left the site in need of some repair. The prices were reasonable, and the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, going above and beyond. It was a shame that the outdoor heating was not working during our visit, as it made for a chilly experience. Despite these minor issues, the company I was with made up for any inconveniences. It's been a while since I last visited and socialized here, and the cost of a quick pint was a bit of a shock to the wallet."

"We opted for delivery from this restaurant. My husband and I ordered chicken strips and cheesy fries, while my son had a chicken wrap. The estimated delivery time was 45 minutes, but it arrived about 15 minutes earlier. The food was delicious and piping hot. I would definitely recommend it."

"After been given great reviews on the Corner Vafe Falkirk, I decided to pay it a visit today Wed Oct..18th late afternoon , I went to place my order at the counter and I was asked if I was sitting ing in or taking away. I said that I was having brunch knew That I was having avacado toast and poached eggs, the first girl took my order I also had a glass of water, I had to ask the chap front of house if my brunch was ready this was after a 20 min wait more time passed maybe approached me to inform me that the situatioregaurding my brunch. When eventualy my meal came, which I paid by card , I told the two members of waiting staff that the brunch was fresh and tasty, but the service was far to slow ...."

And sorry to anyone that offends, but as a vegetarian it was so great to have veggie and vegan options, that actually had flavour and felt part of the menu (not just an after thought). "The customer service at this restaurant could be improved. I purchased a wrap and a drink, and shortly after paying, I noticed a sign advertising a meal deal where you could add a side of fries for only 10p if you bought a wrap and a drink. However, I was not informed about this deal when I made my purchase and was told it was too late to take advantage of it, even though I had just paid a few seconds earlier. This was a bit frustrating, especially considering the restaurant's location near Tesco. The wrap I ordered was also cold. Overall, not the end of the world, but definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and food quality."
