eating was really nice, personal super friendly. only on the bottom they were no longer blue light rabatt. will be coming back.

Visited for breakfast. Buffet bar not open due to COVID, but able to order items from it along with main food order. Good choice of food tasty and reasonably priced. Staff attentive.

Very well cooked food. Friendly staff. Following covid rules and keen to make sure we had no allergies. Checked on us throughout our meal. They also changed a few things for us as my husband is a picky eater. Tables are clean and the gentleman that served us had brilliant customer service.

absolutely outstanding service from our waitress Martina tonight. We were treating our newly arrived Ukranian refugees (mine and my daughters) and Martina was so attentive, patient and calm with everything and our new guests. She made us all laugh, made a fuss of our new guests, made us all smile and was so bubbly that we wanted to take her home

The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive. Chelsea was outstanding in making sure all our needs were met. She informed me that the chicken would be chicken legs before I ordered, but unfortunately, they weren’t very appealing, and I wouldn’t order them again. The fries were cold as well. I wanted to order the apple and blackberry crumble for dessert with my coffee, but it wasn’t available, which was disappointing. The restrooms weren’t very clean, particularly the sinks and surrounding areas. Despite these issues, the staff made the experience enjoyable, and we would consider returning. Thank you!

On a positive note, the mini bread rolls were fantastic! The macaroni and cheese was good, and my burger was delicious, with tasty chips on the side. However, I did have an issue with the children's meal we ordered. We requested chicken strips with cheese and a tiny portion of broccoli. Instead, we received actual grilled chicken breast, which wasn't what we expected for chicken strips. I personally enjoy this kind of dish, but children often do not, so it ended up going to waste. Additionally, the portion of broccoli was too small; there was barely enough for a few bites. Despite these issues, I would consider returning to the restaurant.

This is a Harvesters chain pub, so the menu is fairly standard. That said, the food was well-cooked and there was plenty of it. We were seated quickly, and our host took the time to explain the various COVID protocols in place. Normally, this would earn a 4-star rating: 3 stars for it being a chain pub and 1 star for the quality of the meal and service we received during this visit, which was good. However, I’m giving an extra star for the exceptionally helpful staff. We visited with an elderly relative, and our host made sure to accommodate our group by guiding us through the few steps to our table.
