"This place was the best Thai food I’ve had in Europe, and I’ve been to Thailand multiple times! We went back multiple times because the food was just that good. Full of flavour and incredibly authentic. I would recommend this to anyone going to York. 10/10! Was affordable too considering how wonderful the quality was."

"[READ THIS IF YOU DON 'T WANT TO WASTE MONEY) You definitely feel thirsty after the meal as the food are oily and salty. Food quality are bad, not traditional Thai food. No service at all. The staff just ignore my desk as we finished our dish, no one come and clear our table. Poor Service! One more note, make sure to check the bill as they include service charge in the bill. The all you can eat just cost £19.9 per each but they input £1 additional service charge per head in the bill, which is £20.9. When we questioned the staff what is happening, they said this is a optional service charge and we have a choice to not pay the £1 per head. This made me consider the waitress is untruthfulness which mandatory the guest to pay for it. Very very disappointed experience. I definitely won 't eat this shop as there are lots of choice in Trafford Centre."

"eating here is absolutely delicious and we had the most beautiful meal on Thursday night. Normally I would give rama 5 stars, but was very disappointed about the liqueur coffee that was ordered to finish the meal. the glass was only a third full. it had a measure for the alcohol, a small measure of coffee and a measure for cream. the coffee should have filled the cup, with the cream level with the top of the glass. the personal looked exhausted and I think it was desperate, even if it was only 9 o'clock. I left a tip despite the disappointment of the Likör coffee, perhaps the employees need some trainings, as this should be done and presented."

"We visited this restaurant before a gig at KKs Steel Mill after we had read the reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed. Staff were really friendly and we were seated immediately. Drinks service was prompt and we were given plenty of time to look at the extensive menu. We had salt and pepper squid to start and it was delicious. Mains one was a duck dish which was really tasty. The star of the show was the seafood dish in the fish shaped dish. It was packed with muscles, squid, fish...fabulous. We didn't have room for dessert but next time we are in town we will be back!"

"one of my absolute favorite places for a fantastic Thai meal. the personal is so friendly, very tasty Thai food, prices are very reasonable in the did, it has beautifully carved tables. early booking is a must. man and I have never tried a court that is disappointed. if they like to eat Thai, it is really a must to visit. seriously, they can also put it at the top of their lists! the car is good."

"Great Sunday dinner again. Have used this pub 5 times now in the last 18 months for Sunday roast. Today was as tough as it gets . We booked a table of 17 for 2.45 pm. They more then delivered… they surpassed my expectations. The order was taken efficiently and the entire table was served with in 20 minutes. No errors or mistakes. Quality was excellent as previous visits and the extra side dishes of veg were delicious. Everything on the menu was still available and my partners vegan wellington was good too. The 4 kids roasts were generous and a bargain for £5, Overall an excellent experience and recommend."

"Came for a twilight Spa on a Tuesday night. We were initially booked for March but due to lockdown we had postpone it. We had a 2 course meal in the ozone restaurant included in this. We were booked in for 6pm but arrived to the restaurant early which wasn't a problem. We got seated quickly and had our order taken fairly quickly too as it was extremely quiet in the restaurant. We had an option of either starter and main or main and dessert, we both went for the dessert option. Food arrived quickly and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The portions for the mains were huge which is always a bonus!! I had the beef pad Thai followed by the cherry bakewell cheesecake. My mam for the chicken terriaki stir fry with rice and the sticky Toffee pudding. Although it was lovely, we would only come again if it was included in a spa day as we both thought the prices were extremely expensive if you were going for the meal alone."

"I emailed ahead to the restaurant asking if they could make any dishes vegan, and was told yes but that I just needed to tell the server. On arriving we were put in an upstairs room that lacked atmosphere somewhat, but the 2 large groups...seated made it a bit more lively. When ordering I was told that my tofu pad Thai could be made vegan with the removal of egg, however on arrival I noticed the dish was actually full of copious amounts of egg, which I had my partner confirm. The server offered to bring a new one, and around 20 minutes later I had a (hopefully) egg free pad Thai, which tasted fine, but obviously my partner had them finished their meal and just had to sit there and watch me eat. When the bill arrived I expected this dish to have been removed out of courtesy, or at least the drink we ordered, but we were told that the chef had informed her that because I had eaten the 2nd provision of the dish there was no justification for this. It was just a really disappointing meal, and I truly get the impression that the chefs do not care about people with dietary requirements. The wait for food was also significant for all parties in our section of the restaurant, and multiple people had to ask about where their meal was. The restaurant seems overwhelmed and as a result they are making mistakes and not taking responsibility for it."

"Have ordered a few takeaways from here and it’s always been really nice. I’ve just had a masaman curry and it was super tasty and full of flavour only thing I have to say was that I ordered beef but I got chicken instead but it was still nice and there was just one small cube of potato in the dish. My partner had the Thai crispy duck and it was good as well. The food was ready super quick but overall the food is really lovely."

"We absolutely love it here travel all the way from Barnsley to visit. A warm welcome, fabulous food if you’re early the happy hour menu is such a bargain. I ordered the thai green curry that was beautiful, choo chee king prawns that was my favorite, but only king prawns. lambship panang that in error they gave us slumbership massaman and when I. the waiter we were confused, but finally I understood. I decided to keep the court because of the confused waiter and wait for the right dish that at the time the rest of the food would have been eaten or cold. the lambry massaman was okay, but disappointing, not to my taste, how was a creamy, covered with cashew nuts, so it was a nutty taste and a bit too sweet. also ordered rice, which are the portions tiny, I had to order portioning only for me and I ordered also stir frige noodles for the woman. overall, good food, good service, which leads to a good experience, but I will try to compare other Thai places, on quality/price."

"I used the takeaway service for my birthday dinner, having chosen this restaurant because it claims to be the only Thai place in Salisbury that offers home delivery. However, that is not true, and I had to ask my guests to pick up the meal instead! While the food was delicious (even if it wasn't very hot) and ready for collection at the scheduled time, this was not the relaxed family dinner I had envisioned. I would kindly suggest updating your website or actually providing delivery services!"

"I was often with the nascot arms for both meals and for a night with friends and always had a great time. eating (personally I would recommend the red ente curry) is delicious, inexpensive and the service is friendly. it has to do so in the restaurant so if they are a large group, I would recommend booking in advance. I also participated in music evenings, they were bands from the local area in the bar in bank holiday weekends or new years eve etc. that was a great fun and the atmosphere and the personal are always welcoming. overall it is my favorite audience in watford. my only wish is that it was my local."

"I used to come here as a teenager with my family but haven 't been for about 5/6 years, I returned last night and the owner not only remembered who I was but also remembered my severe food allergies without prompt. He knows exactly what 's in his food and will adapt things (within reason) to what you need, he even brought us out an extra dish he thought we would like, made especially. It gets busy so you need to book, but its worth it. Wonderful, unique food and service, a definite 'sweet spot ' for the area. But best of all, comfort with my food allergies (ask for Rashan). I will be returning much sooner than I have in all these years!"

"The maintenance of its high rating, especially when reviews of people who comment and evaluate the behavior of other guests are ignored! Beautiful staff and a few good, fresh, beaten Thai offers here in pleasant surroundings in a super central location in the city. A good papaya salad, sea bass and vegetable green curry had. The breakage was bonus absolutely keeping Yorkshire evidence reading skills to consider for this. Fine."

"Me and my family used to love Thai Lemon. It is one of our favourite local restaurants. We would visit at least 1-2 x a month. The previous owners were amazing and always offered a great service with their food and hospitality. The owners have changed and we visited once a few months back and did not meet our expectations. We decided to give them another chance today and can safely and sadly say will NEVER be visiting Thai Lemon again. Unfortunately the food is just not worth eating out. Maybe we are just so used to the amazing food we used to have by the previous owners but this just does not compare all. Prices have also increased which ok is understandable but they have also added a service charge to their bills. £240 bill and the duck pancakes were mouldy (wish I had taken a photo, large area of mould). When pointed out to the waitress she did not even apologise and simply said ‘I will get you a new one’. We were put off and didn't continue eating it. The duck was VERY dry and clearly old. Spring rolls full of oil inside. Drinks were not even cold from the fridge. Offered at room temperature with no ice in 32 degrees weather? Tom yum appaling, extremely salty and mushrooms very old. We did not finish these. Barely any meat in the sweet n sour chicken and oyster beef. No flavour in any dish whatsoever, thai food is meant to be very flavoursome. Really not worth £240 very disappointing. They didnt even offer to reduce the bill or remove service charge after the mouldy pancakes. Very unprofessional and food is not up to restaurant standard. Can tell they dont have a proper chef."

"I have been wanting to visit here for ages but the stars have never aligned until Saturday. We were extremely lucky to get a walk in for the two of us. We were greeted by the owner and shown to a table. As we didn't have any drinks with us Peter suggested Tesco a few doors down and I was able to grab a bottle to enjoy with the meal. The service was wonderful and friendly and it felt like we had been going there for years, with just the right amount of care and advice. The food was exceptional from start to finish. We had the chicken satay and spring rolls to start and they were beautiful. The satay was amazing and was much darker in colour than any I have had before, but much better in flavour than any I have had before, I would definitely have these again. For main I had a chicken rendang and my wife ordered gule monkfish. The rendang was again perfect for my tastes. Spicy but flavourful with a generous portion that would satisfy the majority of eaters. I would have had seconds, even though I was stuffed because it was so good. I can't comment too much on the monkfish as I have a dislike of seafood, but my wife raved about it and said she's having the same again next time without question. So I think that sums it up. We finished with deserts of a rice pudding dish I think was called bubar, which was black rice and coconut, and the second dish we ordered was a Banana coconut pancake to which I forget the name. Again I couldn't find fault if I tried another 10 out of 10. At the end of the meal we met owner and chef Ami, who came to chat. It was lovely speaking to the owners and their passion for the food and customer service was clear. We cannot wait until our next visit"
