"I used to be an avid Roots Bulbs goer however recently when I've been I have found the service to be very poor with most of the staff gossiping at the back and disinterested in customers waiting to be served. The juices are never cold enough, as for the smoothies they are far from refreshing for the price you pay for one you except a cold thick shake full of goodness instead your get a runny Luke warm smoothie despite the countless amount of times I ask for extra ice not that enjoyable It's such a shame because it has the potential to be great but since the new staff arrived they bring nothing much except a bad attitude and look as if they would rather be somewhere else"

"I usually order my coffee from Nero on Curzon Street every morning, but I have noticed that not everyone there is nice and polite. The past couple of days, Thursday, 22nd August and Friday, 23rd August, left me quite disappointed. This has happened before, but it's becoming unacceptable for it to happen every day. On Thursday, I ordered a coffee using the Click and Collect service and went to pick it up nearly 30 minutes later, knowing from past experiences that they might be busy or could forget to prepare the coffee. When I arrived, the coffee wasn't ready, and there was no acknowledgment that my order had even been received. Today, Friday, was even worse. I went to collect my order after 15-20 minutes, and not only had my order not been acknowledged again, but the ticket for my coffee was crumpled up and thrown in the bin. This level of disrespect and disregard for customers is disgraceful. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their service. It's disappointing to see a place I visit regularly fail to meet basic customer service standards."
