We visited early for breakfast and sat outside. The coffee and croissants were delicious. The cafe is clean and modern, the staff friendly. I have lost 1 hour here trying to connect to internet via WiFi. Lady gave me 2 wrong passwords which didnt work. Because of the wrong password, I was blocked for 30 minutes and after that I was given another wrong password I took a seat just because I needed Internet connection. I lost time and money for the service.

It's ridiculous that if a customer asks for a spritz at 8.40, the staff says they can't do it because it's too early, it's not up to them to decide what I should drink, if I want a spritz they have to point it out!, and then no spritz, but correct coffee yes, it's absurd! It was raining a lot in Venice that day and we needed a break around noon. An excellent Spritz allowed us to regain our strength accompanied by ciccheti (typical specialty of Venice) of great refinement! Impeccable service, top food, a nice and relaxed atmosphere, surely one of the best bars in Venice during our stay! I highly recommend !
