"An absolutely incredible place to dine! We had our wedding meal here since we weren't able to have a big reception due to COVID It was hands down the best choice we made!!! Comfortably held 36 of us after the ceremony. We opted for a six course taster menu with matching wine flights. Throughout the evening you could literally hear people being wowed all across the room, with every new dish and wine. The food and a lot of the drinks were sourced locally and the chef has his own allotment so used his own produce. You could hands down taste the freshness and care put into each dish and when it's served accompanied by its own little story and brief detail on the wine, it just makes the whole evening feel that much more special! The whole experience, start to finish, was seamless. We met to look at our budget and discuss what we wanted. Shortly after we were sent a menu for us to review loved how everything sounded and booked. We did some table decorations but kept it minimal as the venue has a beautiful set up as it is. The day came and they totally delivered on every front! Guests were talking about it for days and weeks after. An amazing success. We went back for a valentine's meal and can see ourselves doing a regular drop in. Thanks so much, we've been completely blown away ."

Lunch two courses 17.00, three courses 20.00. I was limited in mu choice of starter, being pregnant, so it was smoked salmon with an accompanying mustard

We drove up to the Highlands to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle of London this Christmas and decided to break our journey with an overnight

Wow. Every course was sublime. We had the 4 for 34, which suited us perfectly. Can't believe we haven't managed to eat here until now. We will certainly be back though.

The Tasting Menu is exceptional value at only £24 for four courses at lunch, and £45 for 5 courses in the evening. 2 Rosettes, and Graeme Pallister the chef-patron has won Scottish Chef of the year many times. Unpretentious, relaxed and probably the best food in Perth. Love this place.

Attended the reopening with the just feed me Graham menu at £45 per head. My partner had the associated wine pairing and thoroughly enjoyed the service complete with explanations regarding their choice. I had an Abernyte Brewery Kinnoull Hill Red beer which was very tasty. The five courses were varied in their flavours and we went for cheese and port as well, all Scottish food done exceptionally well. Enjoyed our evening there.

My first visit to Tay Street for the course for surprise me' lunch with a colleague. This is an undocumented set menu and is all that is available at lunch at present: a sensible policy in these difficult times Pleasant, quiet dining room with attentive but unobtrusive and well paced service. All four dishes were of a very high quality and a pleasure to eat: lovely lunch and highly recommended. I shall return very soon to this oasis of calm and accomplished cooking.

Fantastic food, exemplary service, excellent pairing of wine with the four courses. 63 has to be the most charming restaurant in Perth, the quality of the dishes, with the finest of touches, made this a truly memorable evening. My dining companion from Edinburgh was blown away by every aspect of the restaurant, including the price. We look forward to the next iteration of the menu, and fervently hope the whisper of Sunday lunch at the end of the month becomes reality. Thank you, Stuart and Christoper, for a wonderful experience.

"Pleasant environment and staff were efficient. I ordered the special ciabatta with chicken and bacon, alongside a flat white coffee. The ciabatta seemed a little on the small side to me, though in observing the other clientele, I was probably a little out of place to be honest that includes my appetite. In my opinion Willows seems more geared towards 'ladies who lunch ', high teas maybe, or cocktails before the theatre. I 'm more of a messy plate of dirty fries with a burger kind of guy... if you know what I mean, and I certainly don 't mean any disrespect with that observation. The ciabatta was good and flavourful. The salad was very good and varied, the dressing was nice and rich too. I enjoyed the coffee and the final price, between 10 and 11 pounds was reasonable and expected. Accessibility wise, there is seating outdoors but there are steps inside to reach other parts of the restaurant. The chairs and tables may turn into obstacles for wheelchair users, particularly solo users, because they are quite close together. I 'd recommend booking ahead to help the staff prepare a good table if you have any accessibility requirements. Personally, I did feel a little out of place at Willows, but that was more of an observation than any true feeling of discomfort. I will keep Willows in mind if I go to lunch with a girl I want to impress, for example, and I 'd definitely recommend it for anyone wanting afternoon coffee, cakes, or a cocktail before the theatre etc."
