we had dinner in this restaurant a month ago and everything was magical. from staff to food I can't find any sin. Highly recommended

This is a truly outstanding restaurant. The good is complex and at the same time wonderfully enjoyable. The staff is extremely professional. They establish the perfect balance of friendliness, availability and seriousness. I can't wait to go back!

I was in Rome for reasons of work with overseas guests had told us very well about this place. An exceptional lunch. excellent welcome from the gm andrea the caita. appetizers and bread treated in detail, attentive service coordinated by the manager bentie helmet. the kitchen has grown so much and the spaghetti really excited my guests. Stunning tortelli also the donkey meat was fantastic. perfect cooking and excellent fruit paste al ginger. quality wines. I'll come back when I'm in rome.

The design of the restaurant is very elegant and simple and very private . The service is impeccable. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and polite. We ate divinely delicious food, I really enjoyed every one of them. We ate a 7-course menu without wine pairing. Despite the fact that small portions were extracted, approx. after the 5th course I was very full. The restaurant really deserves 2 Michelin Stars. This was an easy 5 , the atmosphere was amazing , minimal and chic. We chose the fish menu and I was impressed of the tastes and the smell. I didn t really like the desserts but this is my personal taste as I am not a fan of lemon and I hate rose water. At the end the sweets that comes from the restaurant are amazing I loved the cinnamon baklava. The waiter realised I did not eat the previous deserts so he brought for me a second round from the one I liked. The service was incredible, we did not have to search for them or to ask something, they were one step ahead always. Amazing experience. Well done I forgot to mention we did the wine pairing and it really worth it.

We had an exceptionally great time at Acquolina. The service was excellent, our waiter was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and the dishes were all beautiful and held many surprises. Given the creative nature of the dishes, some of them were wonderful, pleasant surprises, but some others were not my personal cup of tea. Even so, food presentation and taste-wise, our course deserves at least a 98/100. For the last two points (for me personally), the tiny strawberries in the kefir dish needed to be a little fresher and/or less bruised and the wonderful homemade bread needed to drop less crumbs/bread flakes when broken (maybe an impossible task or not even a real critique, but I felt g...

Booked at very short notice and was fortunate to secure a table. What an experience! This restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. Firstly, the service was impeccable the wait staff were attentive and so engaged and proud in presenting what Chef Danielle Lippi had prepared. The wine parings were not only perfect, but every one of them was a wine we had never tried (or even heard of), nor had we ever tried most of the varieties presented.
