"We met my wife's classmates here, who all went to school in the castle across the street. The fun is great and the prices cannot be beat - full meals, alcohol, and drinks for three adults -- 41 EUR.The restaurant is small, but we were able to seat a party of 9. The restaurant is located at the end of the road across from the castle. We parked about 1.5 KM away and strolled down Elvis Platz to enjoy the shops, then had a nice meal and leisurely stroll back to the car. It's definitely worth stopping by see the sights."

"Ein wunderschönes kleines Lokal, wenn ich etwas bemängeln sollte, dann das Bier........aber ich bin Bayer, deshalb ist das kein Kriterium. Unser Plan Plan war ursprünglich griechisch essen zu gehen aber wir sind froh das der Grieche im Urlaub ist. Wirklich ein hervorragendes Lokal."

"Mal abgesehen von den beiden reizenden Damen, die sogar ein peinliches Guten Morgen und das zur Abendzeit, mit einem Lächeln quittieren, ist die Pizza einfach klasse und erheblich schmackhafter als die bisher aus der Umgebung probierten. Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, wird die Pizza mit wirklich tollen frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Und das mit Abstand weit besser als die bisher von mir genutzten Mitbewerber in der Umgebung. Demnächst werde ich auch mal die anderen Gerichte probieren!!"

"This is the oldest and most traditional of restaurants in Bad Nauheim. The interior adds a particular cosy charm.Our hotel receptionist recommended this restaurant after we had informed him that we were keen to try the local traditional Hessian cuisine. Included in his recommendation was a list of what dishes we must try. A very nice, friendly and courteous young waiter communicated with us in fluent English when we arrived. Despite our lack of a reservation we were fortunate enough that the waiter seated us at a table where a few other people were already seated. Both the service and food were really good. For our mains, my husband had the beef with potatoes and Hessian green sauce, which had come highly recommended by our receptionist, and I had the cold meat in aspic with remoulade, onion and fried potatoes. For an entree we shared Hessian cheese (Handkäs) with vinegar and onion. To drink we tried the cider.All our food was freshly prepared and tasty. The prices were reasonable.I thoroughly recommend visiting this establishment when you are in Bad Nauheim.Keep in mind that the property is closed every Wednesday."
