Absolutely beautiful space, delicious and creative food and drinks, and overall a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend!

booked table for 10 on the app, but the place did not open until 10.30, employees rudely told us come back when we are open, even though his not our fault, they advertised the opening times wrong, very disappointed

I wasn't impressed with my experience. We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and then it took an hour for our food to arrive. By the time we started eating, it felt like we were eating invisible food.

A very limited selection. Left waiting an hour for a latte and piece of stale cake. Most of the items on the menu were not available. Service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Lots of people coming in with smiles on their faces expecting great things then sat looking bewildered. There’s plenty of other cafes around. Take your insta photos if you want them outside then move on to a better cafe nearby. This place should be amazing and on a par with Peggys in Chelsea. What a shame View menu

I recently visited a restaurant that was a big disappointment. They've moved to a shopping center, and I really don't understand why they require reservations when you order at the counter. It’s quite strange to be seated in a place where you can see people shopping while you eat. We waited about 35 minutes for a table, even with a reservation, and I noticed a family being seated without one at the table we were supposed to have. The hot chocolate and everything else on the menu felt overpriced. Overall, it was not what I expected, and I won’t be returning. Very disappointing.

Cute, but overall disappointed. Booked in advance for a trip to London, as the restaurant is undeniably adorable and I was eager to check out the hype for myself! While it is super cute and the cotton candy is beautiful and delicious, the service is quite unimpressive. When we went to order, on a Saturday at the lunch hour, the entire savory menu was unavailable. With gluten and dairy allergies, I unfortunately cannot have any of the waffles, milkshakes or pastries, so it basically made the whole menu unavailable expect for latte, tea, and cotton candy. it is sad that such an unstoppable place offers a really bad service. after sitting we had to wait for 20 min for a coffee and further 25 min for 2 waffeln. the personal told us that despite the amount of food we can eat, we must spend at least 40 pfunds during our visit or we will be charged the remaining ones on the card we used for booking. what has happened, as we have "only "£34 for 2 waffles and 2 basic coffees full of honey and sugar. we both share the opinion that it is ridiculous to force their customers to pay £40 for such foods, although, how much they are even able to eat, what would be a reasonable amount at dinner / drinks. huge disappointment, and would not recommend this plac...
