we had our high time here on Friday and we can not thank all employees in the priory enough, especially charlotte, who has been on hand every step of the way, recommend this venue.

we went for afternoon tee in hitchin priory, eating was plentiful, the service exquisite and the value ratio amazing. I would recommend this for a couple, a group like us from 6 or even a whole room of people! it was nice.

We enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea today, September 30th. Everything, from booking to leaving, was fantastic. The staff were wonderful and took good care of us. My family and I went to Hitchin Priory for Christmas Day lunch, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the staff to the service to the food, everything was excellent. The ambiance of the room was relaxing, with well-spaced out tables creating a convivial atmosphere. If they have the same setup next year, we will definitely be returning. Our visit to Hitchin Priory truly made our Christmas Day special. Thank you to everyone involved.

the personal was amazing last Monday. cannot recommend this beautiful place enough. the food was excellent and the service and attention was no longer. Immaculate and stunning. thanks to many steps and the team that they are so seamless with discreet and professionalism. very friendly and welcoming they also make an amazing Sunday dinner and the accommodation is beautiful and central in the historic city. absolutely not wait to come back, thank you.

There was no staff at the reception or in the restaurant when we arrived and even during our meal, the only waitress was on her way. We were the only customers there, so it was unclear why there was a lack of staff. Most beers were not available and the only option was a bland Swedish brew. The tapas we ordered were cheap but not tasty. Two of us had chicken dishes that were overly salty. The bill was incorrect but was eventually fixed. We recently stayed at this restaurant for three nights and we were very impressed. The location was wonderful and the building itself had lots of character. We enjoyed our breakfast with a view of the beautiful garden. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The breakfast waiter was particularly impressive with his pleasant and efficient service. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the bedroom could use a bit of updating in terms of its decor, but we were informed that a soft refurbishment is currently underway.
