"the place where the catering business is done properly. others should learn from them. spacious interieur, good coffee and amazing atmosphere in the morning. we came back to dessert in the evening. we had the cutting plate. dessert was delicious, nice served. I have to mention the personal. English staff and people seemed to enjoy their job. they were very friendly, friendly and happy. it is rare to find a place where the employees make their job so enthusiastic. P.'s female toilet looked as pretty as being in a 5* hotel."

I love this coffee shop. Not used the 'dine in '; I just enjoy picking up a wonderful, fresh latte in the mornings, when I 'm working in the area. Generally, it 's easy to park outside; sand the service is quick; and if you want to take food with you, that 's pretty jolly good too.

I’ve been to Hermitage a few times now and I really love the cocktails. The service is always friendly and efficient. I’ve also eaten here a couple of times and enjoyed the food. There are a couple of vegan options for me that I’ve enjoyed. It would be great if there were a few more vegan mains added for variety.

Absolutely gorgeous steak, perfectly cooked and served with fully flavoured vegetables It was so lovely I didn't get a picture before I devoured it. The decor was relaxed and fresh, the staff friendly and keen, and the cocktails looked incredible. Next time we visit we're booking a hotel to take full advantage of the bar.

Visited the Hermitage for my wife's birthday on the 26th July, service was amazing as usual. Guila was very friendly and polite (she is fluent in Italian don't you know! She looked after us and helped us pick cocktails and took our dinner order too. Food and drinks came very quickly! Dessert too arrived promptly, even decorated for my wife's birthday! Great experience! Thank you for the lovely evening!
