"located in the historic district of trastevere, in the picturesque square juditta tavani arquati, on which the place places a good number of tables, sheltered from a large veranda. The interior is divided into different rooms of discreet capacity, with “undulated” walls, to form the “bozzi” from which the restaurant takes its name; many tables, well set up, ready to host a large number of adventurs. to take care of them, a thick sturgeon of young waiters, Italians but also of origins outside the peninsula; the service proved friendly, very helpful, attentive and professional. The chef and his collaborators offer Roman cuisine but not only, with traditional dishes alongside other more creative and innovative. We chose to taste the version of the “Carciofo alla giudia” sketches, presented on a fondue of pecorino, goose and crisp as you should. To follow, “Tonnarelli cacio, pepper and caramelized figs” and “Paccheri all’amatriciana di mare”, both very good; We had also chosen two second dishes, which we had to give up, being our times limited by the departure time of the train that would take us home. no problem was raised by staff for our program change. We have drunk a great white wine gewürztraminer D.O.C. of house Montfort, ending with a coffee. In conclusion, we spent our time at the mouths very pleasantly, getting the traditional specialties of Roman cuisine and sipping a great wine, pampered by the efficient staff; good value for money."
