Excellent authentic Italian restaurant near the Hotel Europäischer Hof in Heidelberg. I arrived near the kitchen's closing time and the hospitable owners were very accommodating and treated me like family. Wonderful seafood risotto dish and a perfect wine pairing.

We arrived early in the evening and watched the restaurant gradually filled with a combination of locals, business people and tourists. Quiet, friendly and attentive service bought Antipasto misto, and Aubergine filled with Parma ham and cheese, for beginners; followed by spaghetti casa and house made tortellini with ricotta and spinach in a sage and butter sauce all delicious.
