"typical Roman restaurant located in one of the small streets of the Capitol district. is presented on the outside in a simple and informal way, with well-equipped tables near the entrance. very kind staff and quite fast service. Menu with wide choice of typical dishes of Roman cuisine: we have tasted some appetizers (pinsa, bruschette and zucchini flowers), spaghetti with carbonara and cacio and pepper and finally sweets; it was all really good, but above all the pinsa and the tart were delicious! the account was correct for the type of dishes and the quality of the ingredients. recommended little restaurant to enjoy a quiet evening in a nice local eating excellent dishes of the Roman tradition!"

Since I've been attending this restaurant for at least a couple of years (from the opening of the new management), I wanted to go back with a couple of friends, despite being a little puzzled by the latest reviews, to let him taste the legendary carbonara I remembered exquisite. with my relief the kitchen was as good as I remembered, delicious dishes, available waiters and also attentive to my friend who is celiac. the service was impeccable. We'll definitely come back.
