"I was looking for a pizzeria, searching on Google I get this restaurant. I called, asking to book for 2 on a Saturday evening and specified that I am a lactose intolerant person, therefore asking if there were any problems with the pizzas: no sir, that mozzarella isn 't there : ok that 's fine . When I arrive I can already see the classic restaurant pizzas, the thin ones that look like crackers, I immediately lose the desire. We ask for the menu and we only get the restaurant one because it IS NOT a PIZZERIA! What the hell though! I called for pizzas, TELL ME! Pizzas are basically only served to children. We ask for a dish: it 's not there, we ask for another, that 's not even there... we make do with what there is, I didn 't mind the costs until I saw the portions: Fried fish: the cod was very salty, the red mullet was excellent, the rest was discreet. Very small portion. Sliced meat: this portion is also very small. Hungry, we order 2 spaghetti all 'assassina: good. For 2 glasses of wine and water we spend €50, which wasn 't exactly the budget we had planned at the beginning, given that we wanted 2 pizzas..."

The place is picturesque, with the walls full of paintings. The attention is good. The food is rich and tasty. The prices are normal and according to the service and quality. It has a varied menu. Highly recommended. I will go again.

were on the way to our aida trip in bari and decided to go to the al focolare. super restaurant with beautiful ambiente, friendly staff and simply unimaginable delicious eating! both the appetizers and the main dishes (spaghetti alla carbonara and tagliatelle ai funghi porcino) were super tasty, have never eaten so well!
