"Casa Federici is definitely a beautiful reality '; a young chef with an identity ' still to be discovered but who demonstrates and makes sense through his dishes and his creations the passion that lies behind every single ingredient and match . The tasting menu does not have pre-set dishes but lends itself at the moment to the idea of the Chef and his personal taste and feeling at that time .... I personally enjoyed the opening of the route and the closure, with a special mention to the marinated tuna my favorite dish of the real taste candies...... Less appreciated the boar ragu pastry, found to personal taste a little poor taste and too cooked ..... The mention of exception takes the desser to mushrooms, really an idea for nothing trivial and particularly of effect .... I would like and suggest to push yourself a little more 'in creating possible future recipes ..... Trying to catch a little more 'cause 'the potential' and especially the passion to reach high levels I think there are all . PS: A suggestion for the preparation of the room and the table; to make the experience even more ' convolent and pleasant I think it serves a little more ' attention to the furniture, make it a little more comfortable and harmonious, a little less aseptic and cold to allow the customer to feel pampered to the most '."
