"The experience was marred from the start by the service. We were left standing at the wait here to be seated position. At least four members of staff stared straight at us and ignored us. No one came over to advise that a hostess would be along shortly. When a hostess did arrive, she told us we would have the table for one and half hours, which directly contradicts the booking terms on Open Table, which state two hours for a party of four.On being seated, when we asked what the composition was of the cocktail of the month Pornstar Spritz, we were told: is Champagne and some juice. Ignoring that the Champagne reference is incorrect, why can't waiters simply say that they don't know and fetch someone who does?After we replaced that waiter, the service improved, although a request to have roast beef cut from the rarer part of the joint was met with a look of complete confusion. Eventually, having been given a choice of medium or well done, I went with something else. The food was for the most part good, although my baked eggs were added to the dish too early and were consequently hard and the roast beef ordered by another member of the party was so well done that a cobbler would have rejected it. Ambience is good, in that the space is reasonably tasteful, but it is a cavernous hotel lobby space, so if you're looking for something intimate, look elsewhere. Prices are fine.The Riedel glassware is wasted this is never going to feel like a tasteful outing in the West End.The house Champagne is Perrier Jouet, which is better than most"

"We were pleased to find this place, and the food was great, the service warm and welcoming, with a decent wine list. But we won 't be back. Our starters mozzarella in carrozza, and sea scallops with pancetta, were superb, and portions were much larger than we 'd expected! We both had the 'special ' lemon sole, which was perfect. No space for desserts. We would 've stayed for coffee and grappas, but by that time, we 'd looked up the meaning of the word figa . I can 't give it, here you 'll have to look it up for yourselves. Just to say, there 's no pun, no witty wordplay; it 's simply a boorish and offensive term for part of a woman 's body. I 'd suggest a rebranding fast."

"On walking in we were shown to the bar and told it would be a short wait for our table, it turned out to be seconds rather than minutes, the staff were very pleasent and helpful and patient. The food and drinks arrived at just the right timing and both the food and drinks were spot on. I would recommend Bellini's to all, mywife asked a waiter if he could take a photo of our party and he did so with no complaint at all. All the staff were polite and friendly."

"The venue itself is beautiful. Really lovely pub as so many are in Bath. Unfortunately the reception we had from the girl on the bar downstairs was unfriendly, boarding on rude. Had to wait for our table which was 20 mins late, which I understand on a busy Sunday is often the case not easy to turn the tables. Roast dinners were okay, nice Yorkshire pudding which came regardless of what meat you ordered which is a nice touch. We ordered the extra potatoes at nearly £5 which was a little pricey. Out of 5 puddings, only 2 were available. Again they were fine but nothing more than that. For two people, both having two courses and a pint and a half of Pepsi each nearly £90 stung a bit."

"the other half for his birthday dinner. we went for the 2 curs and three course set menu on £15 and £18. it is valid from Monday to Thursday. that are definitely good value for money. for the head I had laughter and my man had superior to that. both were good, but I think the huh ran it tastefully. had the favorite for dessert, but I was so full that I could not appreciate it so much after the starter of parma ham and melons and the head. my other half had the white bait. I tried a piece, but it's not just my ding. he seemed to enjoy it. the no set menu has many choices, but is also pricier. the waiters were attentive, although the payment of the bill took a little longer than necessary, as it was not so busy. I will probably be back in the near future, but as I am a bargain hunter, will probably stay at the set menu"

"This is the cutest, most heart warming place this side of Italy. Apulia lies on the fringe of Farringdon meat market and serves up simple but delicious dishes all cooked up with the love of every Italian grandma. Choose your starter from burrata, stuzzicoso, bruschetta and prosciutto di parma and enjoy with a glass of prosecco. And then the real feast begins. It 's genuinely hard to choose from the array of comforting delights on offer: artisan ravioli stuffed with ricotta and mushrooms, served with sausage, cherry tomato and pecorino cheese, spaghetti alle vongole and risotto with asparagus with sicilian king prawns, believe it or not, all had to give way to bigger and better options. To whet the appetite, we indulged in a margherita pizza to share and then picked the ravioli ricotta and truffle with portobello mushroom, sage and grana cheese which was rich and indulgent. The stracetti ai funghi is an original choice: beef strips with mushrooms and capers in a creamy butter and lemon sauce served with whole red rice with onions and 'escrolls ' and if you know what they are, you 're one step ahead of me. And for my personal favourite, the tagliatelli with king prawns, pesto and crushed cashew nuts. Creamy, decadent and delightfully tasty. And there 's a delicious selection of desserts to top off a perfect, homely meal. Uncomplicated, unspoiled Italian food at its very best. "I visited the restaurant with friends. we entered the restaurant and after we had waited ten minutes for it, there were no tables for us, but try it up. what we should be told to come back at 19:30, as there should be tables and. it was a set-pre-theater menu. we have also been informed that there is no need to register the car we have parked on the parking lot, as we remain for a meal. at 19:30 to say that there were no tables, finally got a table and had the 2 rough for £19.95, which we had to wait for, old then had to hurry to see the gig we wanted in the hydro. two weeks later I got a fine of 100 pounds through my mailbox. the firma rotunda are civil enforcement limited, which explicitly use intimidating bully speeches to pay people say that I have to pay more when I decide to get more. the company has rejected my first complaint that explained what happened and I contacted la tundra about the parking fee and have never returned an answer. it seems to be a was to earn even more money eating and the service were pretty bad. the experience above alone makes me unlikely to ever consider this restaurant again!"

"The restaurant was utterly vacant, with not a single customer in sight. One staff member was present, but they were not particularly helpful. We found that we couldn't order half of the items on the menu. It took us over 20 minutes to navigate the app and add food to our order. The atmosphere was dull and lifeless, with staff wandering around as if they didn't care. This experience completely spoiled what was meant to be a lovely wedding anniversary dinner. In the end, we decided to give up trying to order and left, as it would have been over an hour before we got to eat. While the prices seemed a bit steep, they might have been worth it had we felt welcomed, managed to place our order, and actually tried the food."

"To our surprise, I was asked to pay upfront even though we hadn’t received any food or drinks yet. I declined, opting to pay after our meal, a decision that proved wise. While we waited, a Just Eat delivery driver entered to pick up an order. He politely showed the manager his phone with the order number and requested that social distancing be maintained. Instead of cooperating, the manager shouted at him, refusing to hand over the food because he couldn’t see the phone clearly. He even told the driver to find another job and not to return. The manager then yelled across the restaurant for someone to handle the situation since he didn’t want to deal with the driver. A woman in a tracksuit eventually stepped in and handed the order to the driver while the manager continued to berate him for simply trying to do his job. After this disturbing encounter, the manager came to our table to justify his actions, claiming that if the driver needed to practice social distancing, he shouldn’t be a driver at all and that he had the right to check the driver’s phone. I disagreed, stating that the driver might have vulnerable family members and this job could be his only option. In an astonishingly inappropriate response, the manager exclaimed, “BUT I WAS HAPPY TO GO UP TO HIM AND HE COULD HAVE HAD AIDS!” I was taken aback and could hardly believe what I had just heard. He backpedaled slightly but continued insisting that the driver might be diseased. At that moment, our server returned to inform us that they had also run out of chili. In disbelief and disgust, we decided to leave. Overall, it was an appalling experience, completely marred by the ignorance of the staff. Would not recommend."

"Although most chain restaurants serve okay food, I was disappointed by the quality of the food served here. The restaurant itself is a good size, and being in a part of five we were seated upstairs. There were not many appetizing vegetarian dishes on the menu for a reasonable price so I decided to settle on penne in a garlic sauce. The portion size was decent but my food was bland, and greasy. Could not taste any flavours at all! It was not worth it's price which was around The food was not that great and I would definately not go back again."

"Went here randomly and did not regret it. It was empty when we arrived but started filling up when we were in there. We were initially apprehensive but it did not disappoint. "I'm sorry it was terrible. They said they didn't have my booking. He waited for 20 minutes for a drink that was terrible when he arrived, the Prosecco tasted. The pasta was not boiled one end had not made the water! Then to finish it, the Tiramisu was frozen!! "My wife and I make it a point to have a meal out at least once a month. Our previous experiences at this restaurant have been very good. We started with appetizers as usual, but when I ordered a medium rare filet steak, it came out well-done. I was disappointed to hear the staff try to convince me that it was cooked to the correct temperature. I shouldn't have to explain the difference between medium rare and well-done. Eventually, they replaced my steak with a medium rare one, but only after my wife had finished her meal."

"Booked a table in advance, checked menu's online for dietary requirements. Arrived 19:00 to an empty restaurant with 2 chef's . Was taken to nice table, but then was told no gluten free options were available. I explained I had checked the menu online which differed to what he was telling me. Chef's shrugged there shoulders. I feel they prefer to supply the stream of delivery drivers than serving in house to clients. We will not be returning."
