"Booked a table in advance, checked menu's online for dietary requirements. Arrived 19:00 to an empty restaurant with 2 chef's . Was taken to nice table, but then was told no gluten free options were available. I explained I had checked the menu online which differed to what he was telling me. Chef's shrugged there shoulders. I feel they prefer to supply the stream of delivery drivers than serving in house to clients. We will not be returning."

Food was not very good. Not very tasty. The chicken was too salty. Loaded fries a slop. Burger a little bland. The drinks on tap tasted funny. Was flat and the mix was off.

for the 2 for 1 offer on all main dishes that they do not even enforce. that was salty and cold when we had it. prices are blackmailed for what we have eaten, never come back here

Food was average ok for the price but they served our side order first then main then starter in that order minuits from each other when i said to the waiter can we get the starter first he gave me a strange look as if to say why

We received the wrong order, and when we brought it to the attention of the server, he insisted that it was correct. After we explained that it wasn't, he still refused to replace it. This experience was shocking, and I will definitely not return.

Food was very basic and price was too much for what was prepared. Website to order food did not match in house menu, and had a number of options missing, even though they were available. Mayonnaise was disgusting and tasted like a sour cream, fortunately they had sachets that were more like the real thing.

Extra training is definitely needed,nobody seems to know what to do. We went on a Monday for the Monday madness,which is buy 1 main then get 1 free. The waitress had never even heard of the deal ,so after 20 mins of asking about finally said,yes we can do that deal but only on a burger meal. I explained that it said on any main course but was told no just burger meals which was very limited
