The variety on the menu left us spoilt for choice, and we ended up ordering the Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Biryani, and Paneer Butter Masala. Each dish was prepared to perfection, with the chicken and lamb being delightfully tender and succulent. The presentation of the food was also visually pleasing, showcasing the care and attention given to every detail. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we left with satisfied palates and content stomachs. My conclusion, Roz Ana is the perfect place to satisfy your craving for Indian cuisine. "This was our first visit to this restaurant which is about 5 minutes walk from Chatham Station. There is a varied menu and plenty of vegetarian, fish and meat options. We had difficulty in making our choices, but the waitress made recommendations. The food was delicious and the portions were generous and it was excellent value. "Recently opened restaurant, thought of trying it out based on positive reviews, and we were pleased that all are justified; great quality food, good selection of diverse meals, and friendly and efficient service (but not rushed). In fact, as it was difficult to chose a meal, we ate too many dishes and will soon be going back for more. Reasonably priced. The drought Thai lager is not too bad either. "I 'm not normally one for complaining but on this occasion I feel like I have to. I placed an order at the weekend through Just Eat (my 1st time using this method) and was informed that the estimated delivery time was 8pm, okay a 90 min wait which I could just about live with. As it turned out we waited 2 hours which I find totally unacceptable, the restaurant is a mile and a half away from where I live. When the meal arrived it was missing the onion Bhajis that we ordered. Rang the restaurant and was told we could knock it off our next meal, err I don 't think so. I stated we wanted them with our meal but apparently they were very busy and would deliver them as soon as possible, I 'm still waiting 2 days later. Thinking things couldn 't get any worse we plated our meals, well things did. The garlic supreme I ordered was supposed to have extensive use of garlic .....hmm, I think the chef, and I use the word chef loosely, forgot to add the garlic and the meal was not a good experience. My wife had a rogan josh, well a child 's sized portion anyway as the carton was only two thirds full at best. We also ordered a garlic nan and a peshwari nan, both which were so bland we thought they were just plain nan 's. A nightmare experience which spoilt our night, we won 't ever use the Nobin again, there are far superior restaurants in the area with better customer service. If I could have given no stars I would have done so."

"I celebrated my mother's 60th birthday at this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was able to bring in a birthday cake and they were very attentive in assisting with it. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. As an added bonus, they even sang a birthday song when they brought out the cake. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for both adults and children."

"we noticed something unusual in this curry house. There was a female waitress there. think about it, how often do you see female waitresses in curry houses?! bizarre isn't it! Anyway, she was smoking hot as well, and was british indian as well. Not from bangladesh or wherever they normally come from. Anyway, the food was great as well. The restaurant was possibly a little small, and we noticed a lot of people came in for take aways. the bar area was very small, but well stocked. I would give the place eight out of ten and would recommend it very much to people who like spicy food and hot women. Just kidding. about the hot women!"

"When we finally found it we were totally unsure of where we were meant to go for food and staff were whizzing in and out of a door which was the kitchen and no one asked if we were ok, when we were finally told abruptly that it's down the stars (in the tiny kitchen area) we were shown to a table and which my partner was glad it was happy hour on the cocktails still! We ordered our food and it was really nice! And for the price completely spot on! Couldn't fault the food! However the one thing we were disgruntled by was the 12.5% added on for a tip, I don't feel we got the personal service to add on a 10 pound tip at all!! And not only that because the bill came after happy hour we were charged full price. As we felt we were being a lead on a little to take our money as much as possible and as quick as possible we didn't stay for another drink as first planned when we chose to eat there. We were in a awkward spot where people were knocking our chairs to get past and standing right next to table having conversations. So this put a damper on the evening and chose else where to drink and continue our evening! But I will emphasise that if you are going out a good food then I really can't fault the place."

"I have had Afternoon Tea at Spice Merchant in Cookham on a couple of occasions and very much enjoyed the experience. However, Henley was an entirely different kettle of fish. We had both veg and meat versions and much of what was offered on the menu was not present, with no alternatives being offered. NO ginger potatoes. NO pakoras. NO scones. NO selection of teas. Vegetable wrap was filled with paneer, not vegetables; an issue since two other dishes were already paneer. Orange and chocolate cake was dry and hard. Peas in samosa filling were undercooked and hard. I took friends especially for the experience and frankly, it was was an embarrassment."

"We placed an order for delivery through Just Eat at 5:45, with an estimated arrival time of 7:30. We waited until 8:00, then called multiple times to inquire about our order, only to be given misleading information. Frustrated by 9:00, we decided to pick up the order ourselves. As we were on our way, we received a notification from our ring doorbell that the food had arrived at 9:20. Upon arrival at the restaurant, we encountered chaos, with no apology for the delay. A family member was practicing football, staff were openly discussing not answering the phone, and a driver mentioned his car's clutch had failed. Another upset customer also came in for their missing order. Despite the food being good once we arrived home, the lack of professionalism and poor service left much to be desired. I advise others not to order delivery from this establishment, as our planned evening was disrupted by this disappointing experience."

"This was our first visit to Zarda which was an achievement in itself as my husband is not too partial to Indian food. However, he thoroughly enjoyed his meal and went so far to say that it was one of the best meals he had recently. Compliments to the chef! The food was very well presented, tasty and portion size good. The only negative comment I would offer is that the restaurant was too cold for dining. The building is very old and probably does not have concrete foundations; the staff had the radiators on, extra heaters and an open fire but it was still on the chilly side. Probably best visited when the weather warms up. Parking is on the street and it was particularly busy the evening we visited. However, I would certainly visit again and have no hesitation in recommending the food."

"**Gourmet Disappointment** I recently visited the Newport branch of Gourmet 4 for what was supposed to be a special anniversary meal on Saturday, October 9th. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite the opposite. Upon arrival, we eagerly browsed the menu and decided to order the Bottomless Brunch, which we paid for with high hopes. After waiting for 40 minutes, a lone staff member—who was juggling the roles of waiter, bartender, manager, and receptionist—finally approached us. To our dismay, he informed us that he was unable to serve any alcoholic drinks because he didn’t drink himself and lacked the necessary training. Shockingly, he couldn’t even open a bottle of wine! To make matters worse, we learned that the Bottomless Brunch we had paid for was not actually available, and our request for a refund was denied. This left us completely stunned, especially since we had anticipated enjoying drinks and cocktails. In his defense, the overwhelmed staff member did allow us to go behind the bar and choose our drinks, as he was unsure how to handle the situation while also managing multiple takeaway orders. We ended up finding two bottles of sparkling wine, which we had to open ourselves since he didn’t know how. When the food finally arrived, it was mediocre fast food—not terrible, but certainly not worthy of the ‘gourmet’ label. Describing it as gourmet would be like calling Johnny Vegas beautiful. The presentation was lackluster, served without condiments or cutlery. After some time, we finally managed to find the staff member again, who sourced some cutlery for us but stated that condiments were unavailable. Personally, I find a dry, unsalted, un-ketchupped chip to be a culinary crime! For dessert, we ordered two cheesecakes and a brownie, but only received one cheesecake and one brownie. After waiting another 15 minutes and inquiring about the missing cheesecake, we were met with the less-than-helpful response from our overworked staff member: “Sorry, we’re…” Overall, this experience was far from what we had anticipated. If you are looking for a true gourmet experience, I would recommend seeking out another venue."
