"I visited the Crewe branch today with my daughter. We were the only ones in there which wasn't a problem. We were given the menus and once we were approached by the waitress, she couldn't tell me what was in the loaded nachos!!!! Not a great start when waiting staff doesn't even know the dishes. I had to ask her to find out since the menu gave limited information. We ordered nachos as a starter, waited a fairly long time, then I noticed the burger we'd ordered out ready for collection..... Before our starter!! . When I confronted who I thought was the manager, she yelled from one side of the restaurant to the waitress who served us, to query the order! Not very professional. Nachos were OK. I ordered the chicken wings and was very disappointed when they arrived to see 12 small end of the wings rather than a selection of the knuckle and end pieces. No meat at all on the ends. Not value for money. Chips were tasteless. The venue is advertised as different street food companies, so gives you the impression of the likes of a street market in a shopping mall. Nope, everything cooked in one kitchen by the same chefs......... So how they can describe it as a revolution in dining is beyond me. All in all 3/10 and we won't be going back."

I ended up having to ask a waiter for physical menus. The service was also very slow; we ordered four drinks, but only two of them arrived. Additionally, I was informed that Coca-Cola was out of stock, so I had to choose a different beverage. This information should definitely be included in the app. The drinks were also overpriced. It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed, as the employees appeared stressed and overwhelmed, whether they were at the bar, on the floor, or in the kitchen. While the concept of having a food bar is appealing, it doesn’t make sense to operate with such minimal staff in one kitchen, especially when the menu is so extensive—it ultimately affects the quality of service."

"great service! memories of korea and japan come in the senses when they come here, especially with the service button. I wish that all restaurants include this for a faster and efficient service. the quality of wagyu bark is amazing. melt in your mouth. grilling for Japanese bbq is clean and easy against Korean bbq restaurants in the environment. they could use more options for alcohol-free cocktails (mocktails) and maybe use better chiopsticks (the wooden takeaway quality is cheap as it can leave splinters in the fingers). more choices of takoyaki would also be amazing than just the original otopus."

"We were the only two customers in the restaurant, yet our food took a long time to arrive and was severely burnt. Our dessert, a simple cookie, took 35 minutes to be served, even though there were no other tables occupied. No one apologized or offered any explanation for the delays. Our table wasn't cleared at all during our visit. Additionally, the manager was quite rude and appeared to be unsure of how to handle the situation."

"nasi lemak court so terrible, presentation are good. but the rice is too dry. I can see that the dry rice grains do not hold together. normally rice once cooked is soft and moist. very disappointed it looks like it had been reheated in many times. we were on lunch at 12:30. very dissatisfied! it is my first to visit one last. will not go back there."

"We went to celebrate my boyfriend birthday. Food was alright but service wasn’t great. Waitress forgot to send one of our main course and we had to ask few times where is our food,eventually arranged when we all finished our main courses. Also some of the starters arrived but we didn’t order them and later on they were added on our bill. "Went for the first time as part of the Eat out to help out scheme and we already said that we will be coming back. I often just default to a chicken Korma but I was determined to try something new and chose the Haandi lamb and was very happy with it. The peshwari naan and keema rice were delicious as well. There are only a handful of tables so if you are coming from further away and want to eat here you should probably book a table in advance just in case."

"Tonight we had a fantastic take away from Bengal Blue after winning this month's face book competition.Its been many years since we have eaten there so was a little sceptical,But how wrong we were to worry. Lovely service from the 2 gentleman behind the counter,and the food was some of the best we have tasted . Lots of meat in the Bengal Special Biryani and a great veg curry.My husband (who is incredibly fussy and will only eat vindaloo and Bombay potatoes where ever we go said it was again one of the best curries he'd eaten.Tender pieces of lamb and just the right amount of spice . Great portion sizes, too much for me but happily finished off by the kids !! We will definitely be ordering from there again . Highly recommend"
