"I visited the Crewe branch today with my daughter. We were the only ones in there which wasn't a problem. We were given the menus and once we were approached by the waitress, she couldn't tell me what was in the loaded nachos!!!! Not a great start when waiting staff doesn't even know the dishes. I had to ask her to find out since the menu gave limited information. We ordered nachos as a starter, waited a fairly long time, then I noticed the burger we'd ordered out ready for collection..... Before our starter!! . When I confronted who I thought was the manager, she yelled from one side of the restaurant to the waitress who served us, to query the order! Not very professional. Nachos were OK. I ordered the chicken wings and was very disappointed when they arrived to see 12 small end of the wings rather than a selection of the knuckle and end pieces. No meat at all on the ends. Not value for money. Chips were tasteless. The venue is advertised as different street food companies, so gives you the impression of the likes of a street market in a shopping mall. Nope, everything cooked in one kitchen by the same chefs......... So how they can describe it as a revolution in dining is beyond me. All in all 3/10 and we won't be going back."

Food is cheap and hot a large glass of wine for a good price. Other than that it was pretty awful. Wouldn't bother again.

Pizzas off the menu , so were all wings. Food took a long time to come even though we were the only ones in there. Skewers were dry View menu

Looking at the menu we got excited. Ordering was simple through the waitress, my wife advised that she has to have a very low fat meal

Food was lovely and the waiter was too but the food took far too long. There was only us another family in the whole place. Wouldn't even dream of going in there if it was bust. Abit of a let down.

My experience at the restaurant was not great. It felt like it was geared towards young children, with lively music that didn't suit us. We also asked for several different drinks, but they didn't have them available. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I'm not sure if I would return. View menu

The restroom facilities were lacking. The tables were not cleaned or cleared away quickly enough after we finished our meals. It seemed like there were only young workers on duty in the front of the house, which may have contributed to the lack of experience. The cheesecake for dessert was frozen, and we felt it was not worth the price. We likely won’t return anytime soon.

To make matters worse, the kebab we ordered was made with the wrong type of meat, so we returned it without any compensation. The pizza we received was topped with sweetcorn instead of pineapple, which was frustrating. Everything we ordered was also cold and unappetizing. Overall, I do not recommend this place and suggest you only consider it for takeaway if you can handle waiting a long time while they prioritize other orders.

"Visiting Crewe with my wife we decided to take an early lunch at Miller and Carter. Our choice of restaurant being influenced by an earlier experience at the Telford outlet. Receiving a warm greeting from Reception we were shown to our table by David, who was to be our server throughout the meal. The Fixed Price Menu seemed to meet our needs and we ordered starters of salt and pepper calamari and sticky chipotle chicken. The main course being two 7 oz Rump steaks, one served with a mixed salad and the other with onion loaf, tomato, and seasoned fries. Drinks comprised a glass of a very pleasing South African merlot and a Fevertree tonic water. The meal met with our expectations and the steaks (cooked medium) had just the right degree of pinkness. The dishes were well prepared, nicely presented, and the steaks in particular were full of flavour. Competitively priced at £16.25 per head for a 2-course lunch, or £19.25 if wanting a dessert, we thought it represented very good value for money. The restaurant gave out a pleasant ambience and the spacious seating ensured comfort in just the right setting. Mention should also be made of the washroom facilities which were as to be expected. Having spent a good number of years in Hospitality Management I could not fault our young attendant David, who we both thought performed his tasks to a high standard. Happy to recommend."
