"Although most chain restaurants serve okay food, I was disappointed by the quality of the food served here. The restaurant itself is a good size, and being in a part of five we were seated upstairs. There were not many appetizing vegetarian dishes on the menu for a reasonable price so I decided to settle on penne in a garlic sauce. The portion size was decent but my food was bland, and greasy. Could not taste any flavours at all! It was not worth it's price which was around The food was not that great and I would definately not go back again."

The pizza crust was dry and tough, and seemed to not be freshly made dough. The most disappointing part was being served the priciest white wine option instead of what I asked for.

They took our orde, then forgot to serve us. When promted they brought out cold pizzas. They did take money off the bill at the end, but I woudld rather pay for a good meal, especially as is was supposed to be a special occcasion(my burthday). The food was not all that great, I will not be visiting there again.

My experience at this restaurant on my first day in London was so great that I ended up dining there three more times. The food was delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and I wish I could bring this restaurant back to the United States.
