Very positive experience, varied menu and rich top panigacci. Friendly and prompt staff. Minimum waiting times and high quality of local products. I recommend it to those who want to combine the pleasure of the palate with the historical setting of the Compiano Castle where you can also sleep.

I put 4 stars because every place for me is always better. but it is really a nice restaurant, tooth and outside the castle to compose. the food is practically all great, from the panigacci with meat, to the cubes of fried polenta, to the meat. to be precise, only seasoned panigacci could be a little improved, especially mushrooms. for the rest is all valid.

Locale bellissimo situato all'interno castello di Compiano. Abbiamo provato il panigaccio, pietanza di cui non ho mai sentito parlare. Lo abbiamo provato in due versioni : bollito e servito a mo' di primo e condito col ragù ed in versione cottura al testo accompagnato da formaggi stagionati. Ottimo in entrambi i casi. Se passate da queste parti vi consiglio di provare!

lunch in this beautiful small restaurant built at the base of the charming medieval castle of facina. cozy and very nice braceria at sight. headroom very available also in the course explanations. we ordered panigaccio with cooked shoulder and rocket to ribbed and wheat and 2 glasses of wine. the excellent coast and the average kitchen as required, good also the cooked shoulder perhaps would have wanted warmer but still not bad. sweet bacon with walnut that finished lunch. in the overall positive experience.
