I had lunch here on Sunday with a group of friends. We could taste different dishes accompanied by excellent wine (barbera and Dolcetto di Dogliani). Like appetizers: raw and cooked salami, raw ground with grain, veal sausage, cotechino con purè, calfskin. As first: tagliatelle with mushrooms and ravioloni with ragù. Sweet: hazelnut cake with hot chocolate topping. All very good and tasty (a little less tagliatelle with mushrooms), but the slowness was a very painful key.
