Aperitif outdoors. Then pizza, local meat cutter! Then risotto with blueberries, delicious and delicious. Fresh and really good cake. Around the Cevo pine forest and the scent of resin.

Comfortable hotel with simple but clean rooms. Many kind and extremely helpful staff. Good kitchen. Great starting point to explore the surroundings, a few km from Valsaviore. It’s a bit like feeling at home. Good! !

We stayed for dinner and we could appreciate the availability of excellent dishes. To note the possibility of having gluten-free dishes, my polenta with the egg and the cheese plated was to lick the mustache. Recommended.

Lovely location to relax admiring the panorama of the valley. Every time I am in Cevo it is mandatory to stop at Sargas to enjoy a great drink or to eat pizza ... not to mention the fries UNICHE .The owners kind and attentive to the needs of the customer. Recommended! View menu

I'm here for work, not knowing the area I chose this hotel for overnight. I could not make better choice, hotel located in a fantastic valley, terrace and rooms with a thousand views a place where you can enjoy both summer and winter. Not to mention the people who reign it, kind and helpful ready to meet any need, excellent cuisine absolutely you can not stop when you are located here also simply for a pizza DA PROVARE! !

We were welcomed with courtesy and kindness. We enjoyed a beautiful view, thanks to the presence of the glass from which you can see the valley. The service was waxy and precise. The courses were abundant and really succulent. Special mention should be given to deer ragù noodles and meat cutter with goat cheese. Quality is certainly higher than food prices. We'll be back soon, maybe overnight at the hotel. Congratulations to the staff!

Saturday at lunch with my brothers and sisters in this great restaurant. Easy parking, possibility to eat outdoors, large indoor room with spectacular views of the valley, tables apart from each other, kind and precise service. We order linguine to the roe ragù and risotto to the blueberries (both the courses from 10 and praise), as second polenta with salamiella and cheese to the plate (excellent), an excellent wine cabernet accompanies us in our tasting. We end with ice cream (fine) and coffee and grappa in barrique. Honest account. Super recommended. View menu
