The food is tasty and well cooked. The atmosphere is really traditional. In the sunmer you can sit in the garden

The cuisine is best far and wide, but you can enjoy this in a Russian setting, saves you travelling to Russia. The waiters are a bit grumpy but this is part of Russian ambiance View menu

Authentic Russian cuisine in the Russian Colony in Potsdam. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the owner seemed unable to smile which rather took the edge off things

The stuff tried their best to make us feel good. The food is bad and very little amount. You can pay by card starting from euros. You can a small. Meal for euros.. That is a lot of money. In Potsdam you can...dine for euros. It was a bad experience. I am giving stars out of because of the stuff

We stopped here for lunch whilst doing a self guided cycle tour of beautiful Potsdam. The building’s curb appeal draws you in and it’s beer garden serves as a welcome respite stop. The food was freshly prepared and tasty (borscht and piroschok). I highly recommend...trying the Russian bier (baltika) and German wine (Dorfelder, Spatburgunder), both were fantastic. Makes me wish these were available in the UK View menu

We can feel this place exist since DDR time, the interior the style is just so classical Russian decoration. They serve many delicious Russian food with plenty cakes and bier, for sure also Vodka. We order the famous Stroganoff beef serve with potatoes and cream,...rice with fish and caviar in holländische sauce, and potatoes dumpling with bean in chilies sauce. Its ok not so amazing as in Moscow but the atmosphere makes the food taste even better. The service is ok, they hv new trainers with willing to help and the price just ok

Without knowing much about Russian food, I can only say that the food here seemed very 'old-school' and a bit over-priced. However, it was a pleasure to enjoy lunch here in a preserved (or re-created) Russian cottage. There were definitely many Russian dishes, and we ordered some bread, some pickled vegetables, and a small assortment of meats. This was enough to satisfy two people. The bread seemed to have a stale quality, and was probably once frozen and/or stored too cold. I presume warm bread would've been better. Unique site for this area!

So... I am living near Potsdam and have heard about the Russian neighborhood and decided to go for a lunch. The place is ok, but the plate is small and quite expensive for the German standards. I had fish (which was ok and looked good)...but I had to eat again around hours later... I have ordered water, and they brought me a small glass. And charged me around Euros. I think is a natural water, straight from the backyard, so let’s forgive it my husband had strogonoff and complained that hardly had meat on it. Anyway, if you are there, it may be ok to enter, but I don’t think I would return though View menu
