"It's a cinema that I often go to, there are more comfortable rooms and others less so. What I don't like are emergency exits that do not include the exit of a disabled or injured person from the cinema and this is not good. The cinema should give everyone the opportunity to enter and exit the various rooms without difficulty. An elevator would be enough. I hope I haven't seen it otherwise it's serious. I came in 30 m ago I took a piece of pizza for my daughter and I wanted a strip of red pizza. Well they didn't give it to me because company policy (so says the clerk) says I can't make small pieces. Logically I left saying it was shameful. I would advise superiors to look at it and if it was actually company policy it is unlikely.
