"on the occasion of our visit was the gentlemen's dinner at the almer Schlossühle. As the title suggests, this food was about a lot of meat.If I had to appreciate it, I would say that per man with min. 1kg of best meat was calculated. metzger the ludwig, Germany's best meat affineur has added the tasty and explained in detail. it was about unknown cuts such as hanging tender, skirt steak or terres major, which martin steiner has prepared on the spot.Martin steiner and the team of the amer schlossmühle is a great enrichment for the sourland. I can only recommend to anyone to stop here, who likes to eat at star level with a very good price performance ratio.compliment on martin Steiner...more so!."

we thank you very much for the martin steiner and his team. we had a wonderful lunch menu and felt very comfortable. it was probably not our last visit.

at this year's Easter Festival we were in the castle mill with the family for dinner. eating was very tasty, with prices compared to similar restaurants were rather expensive. a successful evening.

outside: nice invitation to the coffee. inside: nice ambiente. but unfortunately no welcome and 15 min no service. not so inviting was also the oil smell. Short: on the day the sales was probably already good enough. we went back.

Well, I guess all the employees were mentally in the business holidays. we had expected more. the service was totally overwhelmed. there were some tables outside occupied, for that only a table inside. the fassbier was to end and a new one probably not present. our white carvings were tastefully ok, but such a thing of thin, actually we only paid the panade.

we were pushed through applause to the internet side of the restaurant and had made us visit this one day. last week it was finally ready. beautiful ambiente, nice service and good service. the menu is well oversighted and talked to us. the courts we had were beautifully dressed and just a pure pleasure. The price-performance ratio has also voted in the average 35euro p.P. is absolutely justified.We will definitely return there.

I know and I've been to star restaurants. we were here with 9 people and have celebrated the successful participation of the kids at the junior trophy des willinger bike festivals. the service is super, already at the reservation. isn't it much better? alpentapas, almer forelle, Spargel-Risotto ..., all outstanding. tasty weeping and drinks round it off.Very nice also the playground for the kids. everyone has come to its cost.Many thanks to the team of the almer schlossmühle, which have rounded this great day!

it was again an experience to eat here. the greeting is very friendly and attentive. the attentive and friendly type of service worked naturally and not put on, we felt very comfortable and welcome. the restaurant looks very well maintained and lovingly decorated. martin steiner and his kitchen team have surpassed themselves again, all the ingredients fresh and on the point. you don't get the cranny carving in the same way. I haven't eaten any better yet. thanks to the chef and the entire team for a great evening full of culinary highlights.

it is actually a real lock mill that awaits us. but instead of overwhelming the gastraum rustic, one sets on a successful combination of old, modern elements. the result is worth seeing, cozy and without cheesy elements that could interfere with the whole impression.The young woman who serves us is not only attentive and rapid, but knows her card and likes to show off without being honest.These are served professionally and are offered to a wise person who meets the highest aesthetic demands. we recommend the truffled black-root soup, the white carving and as dessert the imperial bull.
