Altes Ruderhaus - Menu

One of my favorite restaurants in Worms! Great food and service right on the Rhine. In summer you can sit outside and watch the ships pass.

Food is okay, but the fish (especially the trout) is very good. The ambience is also very beautiful with magnificent Rhine views and the raft harbour.

We had dinner and breakfast here which is full of traditional German food quite excellent it was nice that the restaurant is connected to the hotel so we didn't have to drive in an unfamiliar City

great location right on the Rhine. had sat to two on the terrace and a magnificent view. the food (wurstsalat and burger) was good. delicious beer varieties rounded off eating. we had a friendly and attentive service that had time for a little chat. both the terrace and the beer garden are always worth a visit in summer. in the garden is self-service.

Located next to the Rhine and the Nibelungen bridge, so you can sit on the terrace and watch the boats go by. Menu is good. However, customer service is really very poor - its like customers are an inconvenience, e.g. we ate on terrace and they wanted me to pay cash because she didnt want to fetch the card machine - in the end I had to go inside to do it but she didnt like it.

that is located directly on the Rhine and you sit on the terrace and the beer garden very nice. the drinks you have to get yourself in the beer garden, which is served. I had seafood fried with aioli and alga lettuce very tasty, I recommend. I find it a pity that you can't reserve a place on the terrace. At the last visit we sat inside, that I personally don't like it, that's just too loud.

we used a lukewarm summer evening for an evening meal in the beer garden on the Rhine. we were also satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, the quality of the feeds could not be maintained by far. the supplement of the zander were tubes from the dose! these were completely without taste. the salad was also sweetly prepared with ham and cheese. that you could not have done worse. for that you don't go to a restaurant! you can only advise the operator to question the kitchen concept critically.

the first impression from the ruderhaus was first very good! beautifully located in the first row on the Rhine. that convinced us. if the ambiente is so correct, eating it cannot spoil;-) the operation, at least our operation, best on zack and very friendly. I had the impression that the other services did not correspond to the same level. there we had definitiw luck! eating: fish and chips was absolutely ok - hot and fresh. my gambas in oil were only lukewarm, but still tasted. my salad with brush breast was good but not especially individual. we were fed up and had nothing to do but a gastronomic highlight you are looking for in vain. our conclusion: view top! service top! eat in order. we...

When booking the photos we looked good, but on arrival we were not so sure. The location is somewhat doubtful and from the street the place did not look like much. We have something comprehensible, but it has proved to be great! You get the key with a code in the key box. It looks like a motel, with rooms on two levels, each door opens on the terrace/garden. There is no central hall with adjacent corridors. The rooms are very spacious and look like they were recently renovated. They are stylishly decorated and have a kind of ocean vibe.
