"We arrived spontaneously in the Steakhaus and were happy to find a place even without reservation. The ambience reminds a little of a diner, but is still quite cozy. Luckily, we just decided to take a lead, because the portions are really big and something for hunger. This should not mean that the dishes only make up, no, they are also very delicious (BBQ-Rips and PultPork-Burger). The offer of drinks is also large and prices are generally reasonable. Wer toll und lecker essen will, ist im Restaurant Am Bodden genau richtig. Wir würden 5 Sterne geben. Das Essen ist geschmacklich nicht zu überbieten. Wir sind immer wieder überrascht, über die unterschiedlichen Steakvarianten. Nicht nur das Essen ist positiv zu bewerten. Auch der Service und das Ambiente sind ansprechend. Ein Geheimtipp in Lauterbach.

We eat there in December just before Christmas. The appetizers (Ragout Fin Carpaccio with tuna) were very delicious and sufficiently large. We were already saturated, even after the appetizer. The main course (Rib-Eye-Steak with potatoes Rumpsteak with sweet potatoes) were excellent and grilled to the point. The ordered butter was also very, very tasty. I can only recommend, look by and eat there! We like to come back. The restaurant is 100% recommended. Price performance is good in my eyes.
