"quando ho sentito parlare di gnocco fritto, la connessione è obbligatoria: Penso sempre e solo il vecchio pergolato ovviamente non sono l'unico a pensare in modo da, per riservare un tavolo che dovete prenotare con alcune settimane prima, tranne la domenica sera, quando le prenotazioni non sono accettate. quello che viene chiamato antipasto nella maggior parte dei casi costituisce l'intero pasto: un grande cesto pieno di gnocco fritto affumicato, pronto ad accogliere fette di carne fine e formaggi. tazza, cruda, salame, spalla, ma quella che è più esaltata a contatto con il gnocco fritto caldo è lo zool culatello: Divertente! il posto è rustico e in mano, tanto che il gnocco fritto viene mangiato su asciugamani di carta, senza piastra. se dopo l'antipasto avete ancora l'appetito, non mancate i tortelli della casa, con salsa ai funghi, o il pi tradizionale e fata."

"Me and my partner passed through Gragnano on our way to the Amalfi Coast in September and were told to come eat at this very beautiful and charming little place. If we had more time we would have loved to have stayed, as the settings truly were breathtaking but lunch was perfect enough for us. Although this hotel is not an easy find; having to drive through the one way streets, finding tiny turnings and driving up a very steep and cobble road/path, the wait search was well worth it. One of the most hospitable experiences of my life, having turned up at about midday and being told that they were closed for lunch, the lovely lady who seemed to not only be the chef but also the house keeper, porter, receptionist, you name it, told us that she would cook us lunch and hoped we didn't mind having the restaurant to ourselves and if the local produce was ok for us, then she would whip something together for around 1pm. To our amazement, we could only but take up her offer, as she seemed more than happy to accommodate us as we were only on a short visit. Everything we got given was delicious and huge ahha! To start with, we had an antipasti board of ham and cheese, along with bruschetta, some zucchini, aubergines, peppers, bread and a lovely bottle of white wine from their vineyards. To follow we had the best pasta that can be made from Gragnano with pomodoro and more bread, Then for dessert my partner had a chocolate mouse, which was a struggle to fit in but he did it!! After this we went to pay and bought a few homemade jams, truffle fettucine, limone linguine and these amazing pasta shells, for which we will use for Ragu once back in England. All together the bill came to 70 euros, we gave a 10 euro tip and left with full belly's, smiles and the desire to go back the next time we visit that area of Italy again. Once again Italy proves that not only do they sell some of the best produce in the world but their love for sharing and caring for something they have lived all their lives for, makes visits like these so magical and something I would love to see more in England!!! "personally one of the best pizzas in piacenza and its surroundings, easy to reach. served on the wood cutting board is very good, with an elongated instead of round shape. if they want them to eat, even what they call cloud very soft, that ample spicy and soft teig, which is served with a coat of about 1/4. the personal is always ready and with good weather there is also an inn to eat. reasonable prices."
