Geschmack ist in Ordnung. Man wartet jedoch 3 Stunden auf eine Pizza, 2 Stunden länger dann wäre meine Pizza aus Mailand da.Man redet sich dann raus, es war viel los etc. Alles gut, kann man verstehen. Dann sollte man jedoch dem Kunden etwas entgegenkommen und sich nicht nur entschuldigen einkassieren und abhauen. Meiner Meinung nach geht Kundenzufriedenheit vor Umsatz.
