Absolutely awful! I ordered food and I'm still waiting three hours later! They take your money but can't be bothered to deliver or even answer the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE disappointing people!

I placed an order with you around 5:45 PM tonight, and my order was accepted and payment was processed. However, we still haven't received the food. No one is answering the phone, and your website now states that you're closed and will reopen tomorrow at 5 PM. Sorry, what???

absolutely disgraceful service. My husband a Dr working in Royal Stoke Hospital ordered your food 3 hrs ago. it arrived at last, and it was the most horrendous food I have ever seen. My poor husband working all day currently in these times, and you have the nerve to serve this to him! you should be ashamed. no customer service or replacement or even redund. very poor behaviour

Warning! I placed an order for dinner at 5:45 PM last night and was told it was still being cooked an hour later. I was okay with this under the circumstances, but after that, I received no updates. I paid £30, but the food never arrived! There was no answer on their landline either. I strongly advise against ordering from them—they take your money but don't deliver or respond! View menu

delivery service very poor. ordered on line delivery should have been 35 mins 30 mins in telephed said there be a delay of 25 min arrived 1 hour later incomplete on arrival telephoned to politely complain to be left on the line 10 minutes for the manager but he never came and so gave up. food was of poor quality would not advise to go. have been to the restaurant a few times and found it ok in the past but very disappointing experience this time wont be going again.

Ordered a take away this evening at 19:30; by 21:00 we had not received the food and had been advised when we called the restaurant that they were very busy and that it would be with us in about 45 minutes; which was fine by us. Over an hour later still no delivery of food, was calling the restaurant again for a good hour with no reply not being able to get through; when we finally got through at about 23:20 we were told that our food was about to be delivered but they did not have exactly what we ordered. As a doctor working through the COVID Crisis at the Royal Stoke, I decided to order in today from Aneesa for the first time. I have never been so utterly disappointed. The Chicken Tikka main had 138g of chicken for £7.95. It looked like 1.5 cubes of chicken had been cut into 8 to 10 pieces! I have taken photographic evidence of the measure. I called the restaurant and they said that they counted 10 pieces in the small container. the spinach paneer DOES NOT have paneer, its cheddar! the food was due to be delivered at 6.25pm and arrived at 8pm! the food was cold and it seemed microwaved with microwave burn and dry!!
