"Una esperienza stupenda, un piacere unico mangiare nel ristorante e poter parlare dei piatti , dei vini con Paolo il titolare.In 2 giorni siamo stati 3 volte, ho mangiato i pici, spettacolari nella versione all'aglione , antipasto tipico toscano, tagliata e questa sera la Fiorentina di Chiaianina. Anche i dolci sono squisiti io ho preso il tiramisu e una macedonia mista, con frutta fresca molto buona.Per il vino io ho bevuto un paio di calici molto buoni , ma la cantina offre una ampia scelta di vini locali ma anche non vedi Friulani.Il prezzo è contenuto per la qualità che ti viene offerta.Metto cinque stelle solo perché non si possono mettere di piùOgni volta che avrò la possibilità di passare in zona farò una tappa a mangiareComplimenti cosi si fa la ristorazione"

"Ottima cena,mi complimento con lo staff Ordiniamo un antipasto per due,che praticamente è bastato per 2 adulti e 2 ragazzini, tutto veramente ottimo,i panini dei ragazzi molto gustosi,mio marito ordina un filetto al pepe verde in crosta di bacon e devo dire che era STREPITOSO Concludiamo con una panna cotta,ed io,che la critico in ogni ristorante,ne avrei mangiate altre 10. "If you love refined food and excellent wine flights, YOU MUST GO HERE!! We managed to snag a lunch booking while vacationing. Our minds were blown. The starter was a finely mashed pappa al pomodorro that hid an intensity of flavours. The primi was hand cut pasta with a salaiccia ragu with a ‘carbonara’ sauce. It was completely not what we had expected. As someone who does not like red sauces, I am converted. The pasta was of course al dente but the sauce was out of this world. Secondi was a tender pork loin with a montepulciano reduction that picked a punch of flavour. The pickled mini onions were an expert match to the pork loin. This came with a beautiful terra rossa from the Palazzo Vecchio winery just up the hill. If this was my last meal, I’d be okay with it. Then they topped it off with a Vin Santo that was rounded and elegant. Perfection. Maria Luisa was an amazing hostess who also taught us about their approach to wine and even arranged for us to visit her family’s winery."

"Stayed a week in this beautiful property cured in every detail. really well-kept dinners, not abundant but definitely adequate. excellent cleaning and comfortable parking spaces. I believe that the Commission is not in a position to take the necessary steps to ensure that the Community's policies are properly implemented. the bar service closes too soon, the owners could be a bit more friendly with the guests and a simple good evening all right would definitely be a very welcome gesture of attention. waiters some really good and attentive, others decidedly improved. very kind at the reception. I certainly feel like recommending it to those who want to spend a beautiful relaxing holiday, but I do not feel like suggesting it to those who want to photograph the valley of orcia as the distances from pienza, san quirico e montalcino are too wide for the management of albe and sunsets"
